« I've been in différent Seda établissements with family for staycations and Seda Résidences Makati was my least enjoyable stay. Facilities and breakfast food were subpar, and location is unpractical. My family and i also find the cleanliness of the ammenities to be underwhelming and dated that it does not justify the price point of what we paid. »

« Property is walkable from greenbelt area which is why I booked it. Staff were all polite and helpful. It was an easy check in process. Room was clean and provisions were more than adequate. »

« 全室禁煙で喫煙者にはつらいホテル。４階のレストランに喫煙コーナーがありましたが・・・ チェックイン時に喫煙した場合のペナルティーの保証金として3,500ペソとられました。 朝食は普通ですが品目が少なく感じます。またプールのスタッフが多すぎます。見られている気がします。 斜め前にSMマーケットもあるので自炊する宿泊客には良いでしょう。まわりは歓楽街です。 飛び込みで入った「李家」という韓国料理店はお勧めです »

« It's a great space, very well put together. Ample room to get around comfortably. Location is a great plus, with a mall next door and it being situated in the Central area of Manila. The host was very helpful and responsive; Made the entire stay beautiful! »

« Well. All good since it is a self check-in/out. The pool is just super cold. Hope they put some heater next time haha. Lots of small cockroaches when we first came in but still all good since its a common problem in some condominiums. There is also outside playground and an indoor playground good for children. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. Will Definitely come back next time. But really hope they will come up with a heater pool next time we visit lol. »
