« The room was very old and dingy looking. The air conditioning in the room did not work. It was so incredibly hot the whole time we were there. I will not be staying there again. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Double Tree Riverfront hotel in Bay City. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly. We reported it 3 ways; to the front desk staff; to housekeeping staff; and in a text message regarding our stay. It did not get addressed while we were there, and it was a problem. Everything else was very good...great location, and room was very clean. Overall, a great mini-vacation. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan. »
