« Everything was great!! Clean, updated, staff was nice. Five stars! The only thing that was a negative for me was the thin doors. I could hear everything going on in the hall outside my room. People woke me up one night too. »

« Chambre « Big Easy » type cottage en bois très bien agencée : grande salle d’eau, bonne literie, Wifi efficace, parking devant la chambre, très tranquille. Établissement dans les pins, toutes les chambres sont accessibles aux handicapés (rampes d’accès, douche). Petits déjeuners copieux avec des produits frais préparés sur le moment par la propriétaire. Un bed & breakfast typique style Floride des années 60-70. Emplacement idéal pour des randonnées à pied ou en vélo dans la région. »

« We loved the condo. It was the perfect size and location. Super clean, comfortable and nicely decorated . Grabbed the chairs from the condo and set up with our tent everyday in the beach. Patio was the best to see the beach with coffee in the mornings and have a cocktail in the evenings to watch the sunset. Definitely would come back. »

« This 1013 beachside dr is a wonderful place....interior and exterior looked great and brand new...! My family and I very enjoy it. The beach so clear and sand looks so white...I love it...Thank you so much!!! »

« Unit was adorable, comfortable and extremely clean and maintained. Text communication with host was immediate. Housekeeping was able to make adjustments and we were able to check in early. Easy quick walk to the beach. Parking right in front of unit. Highly recommend for a family. »

« Property was as advertised. Roomy with space for everyone. Clean. Could have used more linen in the bathrooms to cut down on washing towels, etc.A little further from the beach than we thought, but the travel to and from the beach was not unbearable. . »

« Property was clean and it was quiet. Beach was perfect, the pool and hot tub were really great. Had one issue and it was handled promptly. Staff was great, Our first trip to Destin and it was a great trip, beautiful city, plenty to do and are some great seafood »

« Wonderful stay, excellent property, very clean, wonderful amenities. Didn’t use the bikes, as we purely stayed in seaside to go to the beach, but overall the property allowed for a very relaxing and comfortable. My only complaint was the proximity to the beach was a little over 3 minutes, but not significantly more at all. 10/10 would stay again! »
