« Un très bon séjour. Le personnel est accueillant, l'emplacement est parfait et très calme. Le lit superposé pour les enfants est parfait. Le petit déjeuner très correct. L'hôtel est vétuste et l'équipement de la salle de bain réduit au minimum mais c'est un très bon deux étoiles. »

« The food is first class; the staff friendly and the room clean abd comfortable. B&B rate is a little higher than comparable hotels. Obviously you can expect traffic noise if you are at the front of the hotel being in the market square facing a road but we were woken very early by delivery men playing very loud rhythmic dance music from their lorry cabs. Hotel manager needs to speak with regular drivers about respect for sleeping guests. Lorry noise ok but NOT loud music. »

« A 200 year old pub and inn - interesting ! Unfortunately our room was fairly horrible, we definitely got the hotels.com room : 200 year old mattress, wall view, kitchen vents under the window and lots of noise when we (or the neighbours) ran any water. Food in the evening was good and breakfast ok (very dingy dining room). Everything needs an overhaul. The staff were great though ! »

« Great welcome from lovely staff... beautiful building, only criticism was the bathroom. It was large and spotlessly clean but it had a handbasin the size of a pudding bowl? and the shower was rubbish. It was a challenge to use, and the pressure was extremely poor. »

« A wonderful stay in a lovely town. Friendly staff and everything in the room was what we needed. Room good and large. The breakfast was big and hearty and the evening meal was supurb. Best fish & chips for a long time, fish so fresh. The Server was quick and friendly, place quite busy, but he never stopped. Excellent, think he was called Sam? (Ate at 7pm 17/6). We like your (road) cobbles. »

« Situated in the very centre of Kelso, convenient place to stay when exploring the area. Checkin was done very easily, with clear instructions sent beforehand. There is a Greggs just in front of the hotel, and also several restaurants and takeaways in close vicinity. There was double glazing in the room, and hence better insulation. »

« This is a lovely hotel with a friendly welcome. If you've been walking then you'll really appreciate the deep hot bath. There a nice bar with food service downstairs and breakfast was great. »

« Parfait! Coquet, propre, douche agréable et un petit balcon pour l’apéro. Le personnel est très accueillant et le dîner était délicieux. Déjeuner dans la chambre, un beau concept mais pour le café c’est pas le Pérou »

« Nous avons été accueillis par Robin, très charmant. Il nous a présenté les lieux et nous a conseillé une balade afin de découvrir l’Abbaye de Dryburgh et ses environs. Il nous a également recommandé quelques restaurants pour le soir. Nous avions la chambre familiale : un très grand lit double et 2 lits une personnes dans une autre pièce. La literie était bonne. La salle de bain, assez petite, comprenait une douche, un évier et un lavabo. Le seul reproche était le petit déjeuner. Le buffet...

« I loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Hut was well stocked with all the stuff you need. Great hot water & pressure in shower. Clean, cozy & comfortable beds. Host was very friendly and helpful. Loved our wood fired hot tub. Just be careful with the water level once you start adding people! »

« Margaret was very friendly and informative about the town and the festival. The house was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying at her cottage. »
