« Un lieu splendide pour rencontrer d’autres voyageurs et se reposer. Ce qui rend ce lieu encore plus mémorable est Papa & Mama qui sont toujours là pour vous avec beaucoup d’attention. Nous y avons passé six jours, la chambre traditionnelle était parfaite. Un lieu qui restera gravé ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ dans notre cœur lors de notre séjour de un mois au Japon »

« We only had two nights here, but it was one of our favorite stays in Japan. Hotel was clean. Staff was super helpful and the room was spacious. »

« Great hostel! We had a private room so didn't feel like a hostel, other than the shared bathroom. Almost felt more like a pod hotel, with private rooms. Great showers and bathrooms, and cool kitchen and lounge area. The bunk beds were great with privacy curtains. Only "complaint" is there is no water dispenser to fill up your water for the day, or breakfast. »

« This is an absolutely great hostel - brand new, very clean, spacious ground floor (this is the common area) but maybe not enough seating when the hostel is fully booked (add a couch?). One can feel that everything is brand new, my room (8 people dorm) had a top light and bottom lights (next to the beds) for the night, which I thought was great. The bed is very comfortable and you can choose between three or four types of pillows (sic!)! My bed had a total of 3 power outlets + 1 USB port + my own...

« The atmosphere was great, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating of a few extra questions I had, and the location was beautiful. Just helped make an already great trip even better. Plus the beds were the most comfortable I’ve had in a hostel so far! »

« Very good hotel located just between Gion and Kiyomizu. Traditional japanese house with tatami’s room will get you completely immersed in japanese culture. The hosts are very kind and I was lucky to be invited to eat dinner with them. I had an unforgettable experience and I recomment this hotel to have a great time in Kyoto. »

« My favorite hotel during my trip in Japan ! I had a quiet and clean room (share with 3 other people). Even if the bed is not the best bed, for thep rice is really great. The infrastructures are great , even a bath is available (great after a long day of walking). All beauty products for free, a little kitchen and even a breakfast for free (it was not included during my reservation). Definitely the place I will go back. And only 10 min from Kyoto Station. You will have the best price/quality...
