Situation : its ok
We arrived at the hotel tired around 5 pm, check in time is 3 pm but the room is not ready yet. The surroundings of the building is not not tidy. There is no light on the stairs that is close to our room

Although near a Highway, very quiet. But don't go for the breakfast, it's nothing to look forward to.

They call it a jacuzzi. But don't the jets have to work? Pool and "spa" need serious re-plaster. The ice machine is located only by the pool and you have to pay to use it. Beds were hard as cement. The wallpaper on the walls are peeling off. These were the only rooms available. Never would stay here again even if they were offered free.

bad. they are letting it go down hill fast. freeway in front of the room train in the back. duct tape to hold the cable to the tv, because the threads were stripped out. for there breakfast, most of the things were out of order. carpit has not been cleaned in a long time. just do not stay there!

Terrible customer service. I asked for extra towels and they were reluctant to provide with more towels. The free wifi connection was terrible as well...had trouble connecting to it and once I connected it would not load any of the URLs (web pages). It would give me a "timeout message". The continental breakfast was terrible too..They only had cereal, mini-muffins, worst tasting coffee, orange juice, the cheapest bread for toast. they would bring out a little bit of cereal and once it was gone they would not replace it for the rest of the guests. The room key did not work and had to go to the office to reprogram the key every time I left the room.

As far as I'm concerned, this experience has soured my feelings for any Budget Inn from here forward. I got ripped off for the money I paid and they would do nothing to help.

Long hairs all over bathroom. Fire sprinkler painted over so many times wouldn't work if needed. Bathtub chipped and corroded throughout toilet paper stuck to the wall all walls peeling with holes carpet so dirty after shower feet filthy from walking on it.

Not a single amenity (except decent pool for the kids) for an adult road warrior in need of a quick rest stop. Ultra basic, but clean and odor free. A "good" 2.0 option for the money.

The room and breakfast were OK. The service was great while we were there, in fact they even personally delivered two extra Internet access codes for our Kindle and phone. However, we did not notice until we arrived back in the Bay Area that we had left a small item in our room. When I asked if I could contact FedEx to pick it up, they said "we don't do that". I found that a bit odd since I was not asking them to pay for shipping... Overall though, we got exactly what we paid for and fortunately the item can easily be replaced.
