The hotel is in a good location and it is easy to access. Staff is rated at two because they are not friendly. Supply is very limited as to their responsibility with out asking. The air conditioning needs maintainance because its so loud and disturbing when you need to rest. However if you have no other choice it can be use for the main time.

Very dirty, outdated. Wouldn't recommend to anybody. Overpriced for a filthy room.

The room smelled of men's cologne and just seemed "old" also, we almost didn't find it, because the Google maps address is wrong. The sign says Knights Inn, but all of the literature and items in the room day Says Inn.

Of course you can't expect luxury from the price you are paying here but overall, it was a good stay. The pillows and mattress were very comforatble. Everything in the room worked perfectly fine. And the check in process was very smooth. The breakfast mainly consists of cereal, toast, fresh fruits, and oatmeal.

Let me break this down Website states rollaway beds... There was none, the manager had to bring one from another hotel(they didn't ruin out front desk said They don't use them) On the website it does not state that 5 ppl could not stay in a double bed room but when I called and asked for a roll away and was initially denied one, she stated it was illegal for 5 ppl to stay in that room. When I set up search with Expedia I specifically put in 2 adults and 3 children. Night one roll away, two adults in one bed with an 8 year old and need 2 with a 16 and 12 year old was a horrible night. Two dead roaches under the bed Bathroom light switches didn't work No weather stripping on the bottom on the door (yay flies) Dirty bathroom toilet The only reaked of mothballs We needed towels in the morning because when "housekeeping" came in ONLY to make the beds (leaving McDonalds trash from the night before) only left two towels (we're 5 guests) the front desk "clerk" refuses to get us towels until 9 when "housekeeping" was in. So instead we had to use tshirts to dry off to get out and make most of the day. The TV didn't work Last but not least with moth ball smell in lobby and roaches in the room I wasn't about to trust the breakfast. Over all lesson learned, don't go cheap or you end up regretting it. If you can spend a little more for real comfort spend it in a place you can be happy to come back to.

Nasty!!!! You think of it and it was bad. Mold on the walls, doors wouldn't lock, wall safe broken, customer service? What was that

Cheap and comfortable

For the price is excellent for a 1 to 3 nights carpet was dirty. Breakfast decent.

OK place for a good price.

The front desk was experiencing problems when we checked in. It took 20 minutes before they acknowledged me standing there and began the check in process. The room was clean, not fancy. There were a few small problems withthe room, light fixtures loose, light not working in vanity, hole in wall behind the door, broken door lock. None were a huge problem. Second night, the key cards did not work and had to be rebooted.
