Excellent stay

Publié le 8 avr. 2014
Front staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. The common areas like the hallways and the jacuzzi needed a cleaning, but the individual room was excellent. Very clean, the bed was comfortable, and had everything you'd need for a weekend stay. Location was a very simple 5 minute bus ride to downtown. We stayed there in early April And found that price to be of similar accommodations in surrounding area. All in all, very happy with choice.

Value deal in central park city - limited charm

Les + : Value
Les - : No staff
Situation : Great
It was not clear on booking that this is a condo block with no staff on site. Keys need to be picked up at a nearby location (100 yards away) but no indication that this is what is needed. condo itself is fine, great location for sking and supermarkets/ pharmacies. Good parking. No amenities to speak of outside the room, except a small hot tub in the basement and an unused sauna, but you get what you pay for.

Reasonably price room close to Park City Mountain

Publié le 19 févr. 2013 sur Hotels.com
My husband and I stayed in Unit #103. The unit was clean except the carpet did not appear fully vacuumed. The full kitchen/idishwasher/pots and pans were absolutely necessary as we cook gluten free. It was within walking distance of Park City Mountain Resort, bus stops (which we didn't use because we had a rental car), and local grocery stores Freshmarket and Fairweather Foods, which was important to us due to cooking all of our meals. We were able to do laundry in our unit and use the fireplace (the wood is on the balcony). It was a great value at $209 per night over the Presidents Day holiday weekend. Make sure you pick up your keys at ResortQuest which is a couple of blocks away from Copperbottom. The staff there was very friendly. We would stay there again.

Nice place

Publié le 16 juil. 2012 sur Hotels.com
Spacious bedroom and living area with a nicely appointed kitchen. Washer and dryer in room was a plus. Inn was a tad unkempt, but it was off-season (summer) in what's mostly a ski down, so it's forgiven. Very comfortable.

Fine accommodation BUT . . .

Publié le 26 juin 2012 sur Hotels.com
A most enjoyable apartment (living room/kitchen, bedroom, 2 baths, and working (untested) fireplace) but our stay was June 21-24, 2012. The temperature outside exceeded 90 degrees and there is NO air conditioning. Temperature in apartment (with windows open and fans was 86 to 88 degrees except in the early a.m. On our last day, there was no hot water which we reported (about 7 a.m.) and building maintenance started to address but with a 10 am checkout (and very cold water in taps), we left unshowered. Clearly not meant for summer habitation.

Copperbottom In in Park City

Publié le 11 avr. 2012 sur Hotels.com
We were disappointed by the quality of the inn compared to other locations we have stayed in Park City. The one-bedroom "condo" was small and there were numerous small but annoying problems-- the room smelled like smoke, we could not get hot water in one of the bathtubs, the main bed was very uncomfortable (two single beds pushed together), there was absolutely nothing in the small kitchen- not even salt and pepper- which made any cooking challenging, there was only one pillow and one thin blanket for the pull out bed, there is no trash pickup, linen or maid service, etc., etc.. Everything seemed done to minimize the costs for the ResortQuest, even though it was relatively expensive. Most people would get much better value by staying somewhere else.

Great Place to Stay

Publié le 11 avr. 2012 sur Hotels.com
My son and I visited PC for his Spring break and found the Copperbottom to be a great place to stay. Check in was easy - the adjoining bldg is where the "front desk" was but it was just next door (the complaints I see on here about this being inconvenient must have been from someone very lazy because this was not an issue) The location is spot-on, with easy parking/access to bus line, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Rite Aide and Jan sport - rental opportunities abound if you need skis. It's also very close to PC Mountain Resort, although it would be a little tough to walk in ski-boots. The rooms were very well appointed - well equipped kitchen (full), granite counters, nice cabinets, a wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood. Beds were comfortable and the washing machine/dryer allowed us to return home with clean ski togs and clothing. There was really nothing this place lacked. I'm discerning and can stay at The Ritz Carlton or my backpack tent. This place really left nothing to be desired. The price was amazing considering the well-appointed room. If you need more, go up the road to Deer Valley and pay more. It's that simple.
