Located within the residential resort community of Shipyard on the islands south end, the lush 803-acre plantation boasts three nine-hole golf courses at Shipyard Golf Club and the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club, rated among the top 50 tennis resorts in the country. Shipyards beautiful beach is accessed by guests of the plantation via the Shipyard Beach Club. Within the secure gates of Shipyard you will enjoy lush vegetation, winding trails for walking, biking, rollerblading or jogging, well manicured landscapes and a plethora of scenic lagoons and natural Lowcountry landscapes. Shipyard has single family homes, villa residences, and is located just a few minutes away from all of the Islands shops, dining, and activities. Minimum age required at check-in is 22. Lockbox codes for after hours check-in is located between Suites 3 and 4 at Island Management. Pick up the attached phone and an operator will verify name and unit number, then give you code to open box for check-in packets.
