Good value, basic accommodation

A very good value stopover for a couple of nights. The accommodation was clean, and staff friendly and helpful. The rooms could do with a bit of updating, but excellent for the price.

Les - : Was very good for the price so no negatives
Situation : Location surprisingly easy and pleasant. LEGOLAND and Windsor castle, Birdland and Water Park nearby!
I was surprised at how good the facilities were and it was great to be so close to shops and services! I thought it would be a bit soul-less as it was on a motorway service area but it was very pleasant! I liked having the complimentary newspaper!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms immaculate and comfortable. No noise disturbance and I shall definitely come here again and again!

Hard to find

Hotel was fine but very difficult unless you are planning to go southbound on the M3 and want a stop over. We were seeing friends in Fleet and didn't realise (our fault I am sure) that this was in the service area - so the only way to access it was via the M3 using either the Farnborough/Fleet exit or the Hook exit. This added a lot of hassle to our stay. Otherwise, no complaints. Even though it was September the room was hot - no aircon and one of those windows where you can only open it a certain distance

Fairly basic but that is reflected in the price. If you can, don't take a ground floor room as the noise from guests upstairs is very loud. I was woken at 5.30am by a family in the room above sounding like a herd of elephants. Basically clean and acceptable. Hotel is located in a service area on the M3 but can be reached even if you are not using the motorway by using the Service road.

Service good but confusion over booking

Staff were very pleasant, but couldn't understand that I'd ordered a room with two single beds as I was staying with my elderly mother. We'd booked two single beds but staff had organised a room with double bed. They couldn't understand that I didn't want to share a double bed with my mother. All they kept saying was 'but it has wifi!' Which was all very well bed no good to me as I don't have a computer. Other than that hotel was clean and pleasant. But disappointed that no form if breakfast was included, only at an £8 extra charge per person!

Had never stayed in a days inn before and was very pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent. The staff on duty were very helpful

We wanted a cheap location near to legoland and this was ideal. It was clean and staff friendly. It included parking, so ideal.
