The Staff was so friendly and caring towards our young children. Only problem was there were no refrigerators or microwaves at all. Overall I would definitely stay again!

Best part was the lobby

The lobby was cool and fashionable. By contrast the halls were stark with gray wallpaper with lines cut in were they were bumped by luggage racks. The room doors were military gray, several needed paint. Beds were outstandingly comfortable and the room was quiet. I just wish the modern and beautiful layout extended beyond the lobby

Great stay

My husband and I stayed here overnight for our anniversary. The check in went smoothly and the staff was very courteous. Our room was lovely and the amenities were nice and clean. Bar was great :-) nice gym although I didn't use it.

Les + : Rates & confortable bed.
Les - : Little larger room with bathtub.
Situation : Nice open air mall. Nice places to eat.
Enjoyed our visit. Noise was kinda bad on Saturday night, but didn't last too long.

Situation : Local mall was great.
Paid for two King-Bed rooms and was told by hotel staff they were adjacent. After arriving at the hotel, I discovered that the two rooms were on the same floor, but at separate ends of the hotel. Wedding party celebrations lasted throughout the night. My room was relatively quiet, but my partner was periodically awakened all night long!

The room was fine, other than minor maintenance issue (the toilet was not securely bolted down). The furnishings in the bar area were very worn, and the patio outside the bar area was badly in need of cleaning!!!!

Good rooms...odd location

I had booked a room at the same hotel as the rest of the wedding party. To get to the hotel was a bit of an issue but the rooms and overall environment were worth it. The layout, a slight difference when compared to most hotel chains, was really a good design. My only real complaint is when it came to the plumbing as I could hear when my neighbors had the shower running or flushed. I consider this a minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things.

fine for one night

Nothing fancy. Good for the price. Need window shades that let the light in without flashing the parking lot. Translucent bathroom window makes it hard to get up in the night without waking up others in the room.

Cool vibe but not so comfy

The beds were not comfortable and the walls were pretty thin. The hotel has a great vibe but for the typical business traveler we want clean, comfortable, and quiet.....which this particular Aloft did not provide. I stayed at an Aloft in CA and the rooms were clean, quiet, and comfy.

Gave away my prepaid room!

Booked my room on Hotels.com as I always do, and it was prepaid. The day I was to arrive I called the hotel just to inform them that I was delayed and I would be in much later. They informed me that there was no problem and my room would be ready when I arrives. I arrived at 4:30AM tired and looking to just get to bed. The front desk person informed be that they gave away my room and no rooms were available. He informed us that someone did just check out and he could go and pickup the room and change the sheets for us, just the basics or we could go to another hotel. Being tired we just chose to wait and we finally got in a room just over an hour later. We greatly appreciated this jester but this should have never happened, there were more problems the next day, but I think you get the picture.
