Family stay in Zurich
A very pleasant stay in Ema House Hotel Suites. We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms which was perfect for a family of four. Breakfast was served directly in the apartment and it had more than we could eat. From the living room there was a nice view to the river. The bedrooms were facing street, but it was rather quiet. Easy walking distance to town, and also an opportunity to take a tram. Access to parking directly from the hotel. Friendly service. Would definitely stay again.

Comme un pied-à-terre zurichois
Un super endroit pour se poser quelques jours. C'est comme un hôtel (il y a un accueil) mais il s'agit d'un immeuble dont de nombreux appartements sont occupés par des locataires à plus long terme. Notre junior suite au 7e étage disposait d'un vue panoramique sur la ville. Tout était décoré de très bon goût, tout à fait conforme aux photos sur le site. On s'y sent très bien. Dans un quartier calme mais on est très vite à la gare centrale à pied ou en tramway. On sert le petit déjeuner dans la chambre (il n'y a pas de salle de petit déjeuner) et le service était vraiment extra. J'y retournerai sans hésitation.

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful location. Apartment was modern, and beautiful, a good size and all needs were met. I highly recommend this apt for a family. Three stops to the main train station and a few more to the center of town. Very convenient.

Quelle bonne surprise cet apart; hotel ! A notre arrivée, nous avons été "up graded" et nous n'avons pas été déçu ! En fait c'est un des premiers appartements a être rénové , avant que les autres ne le soit à l'automne prochain.Et on nous a demandé de le tester...Primo, la décoration et le confort est de grande qualité comme nous n'en avons pas vu ailleurs ! et pourtant nous avons voyagé pendant quinze jours exclusivement dans des hôtels 4 étoiles ou plus ! C'est très moderne avec des finitions ultra soignés. Tout est fait pour vous faire sentir chez vous, d'un très grand confort et d'un gout parfait; Nous étions avec deux enfants et c'est un vrai appartement, avec une chambre parentale réellement séparée,et les enfants dormaient dans la pièce à vivre très spacieuse , bien adapté et conçu. Lorsque nous avons remplie l’enquête d'opinion pour d'éventuelles améliorations, nous avons vraiment dû chercher...! Important : Parfaite insonorisation ! Franchement : a recommander !

Truly wonderful location! Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. The views of the Limmat and the industrial quarter all the way to Uetilberg from our 6th floor windows were really stellar! We liked being able to open the big window for some fresh Spring air! The kitchen was great, with it's Keurig, good refrigerator, and dishwasher. And, we were thankful to have a washer/dryer (even though it was a bit frustrating when it refused to open at the end of the cycles, which took a really long time too). All of the staff (housekeeping and front desk) were super nice and accommodating! The whole apartment felt very luxurious and everyone concluded that it really was a perfect choice for our stay in Zürich. Thank you so much! We will be back.

The stay was comfortable. The apartment was so nice and huge and enough to fit 6 people though it says for 5 pax. The breakfast was sent to the room which was good with good varieties even is set. But we had additional 1 teen child and enough to fit in the room and even we requested for consideration to charge additional 1 pax to the same room (as family we prefer to be in same room), it was denied and asked to take another room. What to do as that was their policy.

A lovely spot for our two day stay in Zurich! Great proximity to plenty of restaurants, right on the river with a tram stop directly across the street. And I loved having a washed/dryer in the room! One thing that surprised us was the extra charge to ‘unlock’ the kitchen. When I booked the room, there were photos showing a full kitchen. We were looking forward to this after spending eight days at a small boutique hotel without such amenities. At the room rate paid, access to the kitchen should have been provided or at least clarified more directly in the booking details.

Very comfortable, convenient to everything, and best of all, the people at the front desk made us feel completely at home and helped us with a number of small requests. Best check-in ever. Room was great too!

Highly recommended
Our family suite met our expectations. The service was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Good walking location to downtown. We would definitely choose Ema Hotel our next trip to Zurich.

Luxury room in Zurich for family
The room was large and well appointed. We had a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath room and it was beautifully decorated , with many little welcoming touches. We ordered breakfast to the room and it was delicious and right on time. Very close to the train station and the beautiful river is in walking distance. Highly recommend this location!
