I was very impressed with this hotel, especially the service. They make you feel special and you feel like everything is possible. Special shout out to the Kidz Club staff. Our daughter is very picky and for the first time, she begged to go back there. They have a great supervision and they let the kids do fun activities such as cooking classes and crafting. The food was really good (buffet offered a different choice everyday). The all-inclusive program is really worth the price. They have good brands when it comes to drinks and they have a cute little cafe where you can get ice cream, pastries and sandwiches between the meals. The beach was beautiful and the thing that amazed me the most was the staff's ability to offer alternative options that are better than what you wanted/expected. Now that we are back home, it felt like a little dream. Kudos to everyone involved in the success of this hotel. Definitely coming back in 2024.

We love staying here, the hotel itself needs a bit of upgrading, the Spa was fabulous! But most of all the service here is like none other in Cancun. We’ve stayed in Rui’s as well, but here the service makes you want to come back!!! Thank you to Alejandro and Wilberth at the buffet, to Raquel, Carolina and Antonio at the Isla Contoy. Jose at the pool, staff at the Steakhouse, staff at La Joya, all staff they were all so friendly and welcoming!!!!

My family and I enjoyed our 6-day vacation in this beautiful hotel in April 2024, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Food was great, diverse and accessible everywhere in the property. The staff was very polite and friendly. The pools and beach were clean and the overall experience was fantastic. Don't miss the gym on the third floor with its wonderful view of the sea while walking on a treadmill.

Great place for the wife and kid, I have a 2 year old, he was extremely happy. Food was great, there’s so many options. We went for 4 days and there was no way we could try all of them. Cleaning service was AMAZING. All in all I would definitely go back in the next couple of years. amazing experience for all.

Very nice resort. It is on a beautiful beach and has multiple pools, with lifeguards during daytime hours. There were multiple restaurant options and 24 hour room service. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. It was far out enough that it was not crowded, but still within 40 minutes of the airport. We will consider staying again if we travel to Cancun.

This Hotel has great quality food, very clean and also staff is super friendly always going beyond to give us the best customer service. In Viña del mar buffet our waiters were Salvador and Andres and they gave us excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Review was too long to even post so I'll make it short and sweet. Staff were rude and unhelpful except for the front desk, which were amazing. Rooms were fine, but pillows and beds very uncomfortable and thermostat was locked so it was always hot as can be in the room. Also were told we were "upgraded" to "VIP level" which was a total joke, there was no upgrade whatsoever. Pool and beach areas nice, but finding a seat is very hard and most of the chairs are covered in bird poop Food was ATROCIOUS. We are not picky people by any means but this food was borderline inedible. We ended up eating out for every meal after day 3. My husband described the fish as "cat food", and that man will eat just about anything without complaint. Drinks were at least decent, if you could get a bartender to not treat you like dirt. Also don't expect to have anything to drink before 11 am (a mimosa with breakfast would have been nice) or after 11 pm. Housekeeping was great in the beginning, but it seemed as the days passed it became lazy. No replacements on coffee cups, drink glasses from the night before left out, etc. Total experience - 5.5/10 Will not be returning.

Absolutely beautiful. From the room out to the beach and everything in between. Every person we spoke with was friendly and professional. It’s the perfect spot to walk down to the shops or take the ferry over to Island Mujeres. Look no further. You should stay here!
