Sheraton Zhoushan
Tres bien mais nous avons réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et deux enfants ages de 12 et 14 ans et la chambre avait seulement un grand lit qui pour deux adultes et deux ados, c'etait un peu juste. Nous avons demande un extra bed pour les autres nuits. j'avais choisi cet hotel aussi pour la piscine extérieure mais elle etait vidée!

酒店的中央空调似乎有问题，房间的霉味非常非常严重，味道让人难受晚上几乎不能睡，需要戴口罩才能勉强睡一会，另外被子也非常潮湿，躺在上面都觉得黏黏的。 第二天楼层里也听到别的房客让客房清洁的阿姨帮他们把门多打开一下通气通风。 早餐的选择也不多，落座也不会有服务人员来问要咖啡还是茶，服务和五星酒店相去甚远。

I stayed at the hotel from the 24th Oct. 2019 to 29th Oct. 2019 in Room 0712. I was in a hurry to check out, so I missed to ask for a complete invoice for my stay at the hotel. I requested the hotel to email me a complete invoice for my entire stay at the hotel, including all deposits collected (every time I extended my stay through Hotels.com) with the room charge and other charges incurred. I have not received a reply despite sending another reminder. I am not pleased with the hotel’s uncaring attitude.

The hotel was first class. Room was very comfortable and we upgraded to a suite room for minimal cost. Breakfast was great - so many choices and the dinner options at the restaurants were also very good. Staff was very helpful.

2度と利用しないでしょう
出張で1泊した。全体的に英語が通じにくい。喫煙で予約したが、禁煙の部屋しかなく残念。設備は申し分ないが、ホスピタリティーにかけるというのが全体的な印象。 マッサージを頼んだが、約束の時間を大幅に遅れたので、キャンセルしたにもかかわらず、知らん顔で来訪。大変荒っぽいマッサージで、背中に大きなあざができた。値段の割に、内容はとてつもなくひどかった。余計なサービスをしつこく迫られ、大変不愉快。疲れが倍増した。

明明訂的是雙人床，酒店說是大床，硬說沒房，要加3百大元才升級行政雙床。晚餐自助餐又乱收費。是SPG會員都装呆。很氣很不爽！

Probably the nicest hotel in Zhoushan
It's a Sheraton. Top of the line everything. That pretty much sums it up. It's a bit overpriced, but no surprise there. The location is a bit away from downtown Dinghai. You will need to take a taxi or bus to get to any of the tourist areas on and around Zhoushan island.

还算舒服的酒店
房间和过道有霉味，只好请服务员把密封的窗户打开通风。离吃饭的地方有点远，自己开车还好。

Nice and clean room, beautiful hotel grounds
The room was great with everything we needed. Two double beds meant we could sleep 4 people comfortably. The service at the hotel was lacking. There was a long wait in the lobby for check-in, which itself was processed very slowly. The hotel grounds were quite nice, with plenty of greenery and nice landscaping. The outdoor pool looked great but it was dry/drained and not open. Breakfast spread was huge with lots of choices, none of them (Chinese or Western) particularly high quality or tasty. The location was a bit inconvenient for our purposes, which was as a jumping off point for a day trip to Putuoshan. It took us about 25 minutes to drive to Shijiamen port for the ferry over, so a hotel closer to the port would have been better. Overall a nice hotel.
