Hotel très calme, bien situé un peu de retrait de l'artère principale. Belle décoration. Excellent service au front desk. NOus avons apprécié d'avoir un balcon dans notre chambre. NOus avons soupé au restaurant italien de l'hotel et c'était très bon. Je recommande l'établissement

Rapport et qualité de chambre!
Établissement est récemment entièrement rénové et il se trouve juste dernier grand hôtel cervin plaza et le muséum Zermatt. Rapport qualité et prix sont très bien. Nous avons eu un up grade avec notre bebe dans une chambre familiale. Le petit déjeuner est bien servi.

This was a unique hotel in the center of Zermatt that was easily accessible. The room was quaint and nicely laid out. The only problem we had was the smoking area was directly below our window and we could not keep our window open because of the smoke going into our room and the loud talking by the smokers. We asked for a new room and were immediately assisted with sincere apologies. The restaurant inside the hotel was wonderful. We would eat there again if this was a restaurant at home.

The staff were amazing, courteous and very helpful. The hotel is clean. Close to the station and viewing places for the Matterhorn. Highly recommended for visitors.

Amazing. Highly recommend. Only negative comment is that the outlets charged my phone super slow, like 6 hours for a full charge. But, could have been my fault... But I did try 3 wires over several outlets and all were slow

Great little hotel in Zermatt. Rooms small but new and in excellent condition. Breakfast included too. A little hard to find the entry lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, up-to-date property. Very accommodating to our late arrival at 2:45 am. Breakfast was excellent and enjoyed a cappuccino while looking out the window/walls. Will go back to this hotel!

Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!

Everything was beautiful. Just staff never knew anything and our room was nice just really small. Really small which was told by staff that we had the deluxe room which I didn’t believe. Rm11 don’t get it. Now room 12 was the but larger but doable.

Good location but lacks hospitality
Great location. Recently renovated. Rooms have nice decks. Breakfast just OK. Service just OK. Rooms are very small (not enough room for luggage) so ski room overcrowded with luggage. Overall, lacks real hospitality. Ok for a couple nights but wouldn’t recommend for longer stays.

Very basic newer hotel that has what is need for a small hotel. Restaurant has very good Italian food run by a group from Tuscany.

What a lovely hotel and experience. Exceeded my expectations. All of the staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Location was ideal. Near the main road, yet far enough back that you don’t hear any noise. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Room was very nice and clean. Staff was great. Even helped me when i had to leave a day early. I then forgot my key FOB in the room. They notified me immediatley and before i left the country. I was able to retrieve because of their staff. Thank you!

Hotel is within walking distance of train station. Reception provided me with directions (prior to arrival) from train station and they were spot on! Hotel walking distance to everything Rooms were a decent size. Waiter was lovely and friendly. Breakfast selection was good and varied Had pizza one night at the restaurant and it was delicious. Would recommend staying at Hotel Tannenhof

This place was an amazing find. We travelled with two teenagers and were given the family room which allowed us two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The comfort and cleanliness were outstanding. Great breakfast too.

A great hotel to stay and we loved the breakfasts. Too much noice at night outside but I feel like that is everywhere. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.
