This is a multi-family home. You will be staying in the top floor that is private and exclusive to you. No spaces are shared. We have another tenant that stays in the other unit. She is a non long term tenant.

We want our guests to have good time during the check out process and not have to rush or panic as they’re leaving. That’s why we set our checkout at 11 am, whereas most have their checkout at 10 am.
To ensure that our cleaners have ample time to clean between bookings, we kindly ask you to please check out no later than 11 am. However, we understand situations can happen and so here are the late check out fee pricing:
Late checkout fees: Checking out beyond the checkout time is unacceptable since we have cleaners who we hire and they bill us hourly to get the unit ready for the next guests. Checking out late will incur significant late fees starting at $100 per minute after a 5 min grace period. Check out is at 11 am sharp and so starting 11:05 am the late fees will accrue.
