« We were a family group in town to visit NYC for a graduation and to visit family in Dobbs Ferry. The location was great with ample parking for our cars. The house has comfortable bedrooms, just as seen in photos; and two large rooms for gathering as a group. We took the Hudson MTA in and out of the city and this was convenient. Definitely visit the Untermyer Gardens- a gem! Communication with the host was easy and efficient. »

« My sister, 11-year-old nephew, and I had a wonderful three-night stay! The apartment was impeccably clean, stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, and wonderfully decorated. The fold-out sofa was very comfortable for me to sleep on. The location was perfect for us, within a short walk of many places we wanted to visit, and there was hardly any street noise at night. Helen was a great communicator and excellent host. Highly recommend! »

« The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance. The host gave very simple instructions on how to find the place and get into the apartment. We had a wonderful time here. We have absolutely nothing...
