We used all the river toys, floats, paddle boards, and kayaks, and then came back and cooked meals, played pool and indoor games. « We had an enjoyable stay in Crystal River, but would only choose to stay at the house again at a lower price point or with some TLC. « Nice area, great for boaters as it’s right on a canal. A bit far to kayak to the springs. Great state parks close by. Lots of great seafood in the area. The Crab Plant is a market or restaurant. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped too! »

« We planned to snorkel at Rainbow Springs (25 min away) and Crystal River with the springs there. Great spot! We used Kacey Kayak rentals close by for Crystal River - they were great and used a small place on the side of the road for Rainbow - close to the park. Amazing amazing area just wow! We BBQed one night, kayaked twice, I took morning walks with my coffee to King’s Bay Park, and we loved using the bikes as a family to get around.
