Good Price/Quality hotel
very good experience in this hotel: the rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Wireless and Ethernet Internet access in the room. A good restaurant where I took all my meals: very good food and affordable price. The hotel is located next to the historical city center. The three stars are very well deserved in my opinion.

Fantastisk beliggenhed! Sød og venligt personale, der kun ønsker at gøre dit ophold så godt som muligt. Parkerings kælder til 50p. Vi elsker at bo i byen og støj fra vej+vejarbejde genere os ikke, men er man en letsover, skal man nok vælge er værelse ind mod gården - vi havde værelse 47 ind mod gården og hørte ikke en lyd. Hotellet tilbyder også en hovedpudeservice, hvor man selv kan vælge hvilken slags hovedpude man ønsker. Næste gang vi kommer til Wroclaw, bliver det uden tøven dette hotel vi booker 😊

Flott påske i Wroclaw
Flott hotell med store å goe rom å vinduer helt ned til gulvet som gav flott utsikt utover gata. God frokost,hyggelig å imøtekommende personale, Hotellet ligger bare 3/400 meter ifra torget så meget sentralt. Grei parkering hvor store person biler kan parkere i bakgården og litt mindre biler i underetasje. Eneste negative var ein del støy ifra trikker og trafikk visst du har rom i mot gate,

Ein tolles Hotel in der Nähe vom Markplatz. Die Angestellten waren immer sehr nett und freundlich. Hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und persönlich kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 7 notti a dicembre 2021 e abbiamo avuto un riscontro assolutamente eccellente. L'hotel è in ottima posizione ed è ideale per chi vuole visitare Breslavia a piedi o arriva in auto. La piazza principale e ha poco meno di 300 metri quindi bastano proprio due passi per essere già al centro. Personale sempre gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Colazione ottima anche se ovviamente prevalentemente sul salato ma era davvero tutto squisito. Camera molto confortevole, silenziosa e dotata di un bagno abbastanza grande. Letto molto comodo. Riscaldamento e/o condizionatore si possono regolare a piacimento. Pulizia assolutamente eccellente. Per le regole anti covid attuali va richiesta giornalmente come in tutti gli hotel della Polonia e, per chi non ne fosse al corrente, dall'Hotel viene inviata una mail con tutti i servizi offerti, compresa la necessità di richiedere la pulizia, qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo. Abbiamo ricevuto in omaggio anche qualche gadget il che ha solo confermato l'ottima opinione che già ci eravamo fatti dell'hotel. Da consigliare assolutamente e noi stessi lo prenderemo in considerazione per un futuro viaggio in Polonia con tappa a Breslavia che stiamo già valutando in futuro.

Very nice hotel but failed on room service
The hotel was very nice and clean. And the breakfast was really good. Close to shopping & resturants too. However I have a few complaints. First of all no one came to clean our room, emty the trashcan, gave us new towels or fillled up toiletpapers. Secondly, as we had to check out and leave at 3.30am I had ordered and recieved confirmation to get 5 breakfastbags to bring along to the airport. This was missed and we had to buy our own breakfast at the airport.

Breakfast hit and miss .
Great location,nice clean hotel,friendly staff .Downsides were ,windows that don,t open (i do like a bit of fresh air),room was rather warm ,even though we had it on the lowest setting. Breakfast......Although the breakfast was lovely ,the hot food did keep running out eg. When there were eggs the bacon had gone and vice versa.This is not to criticise the waiting on staff ,the girl was running around ,and could have done with help

A beautiful , comfortable , spotless hotel . The food in the restaurant was beautiful and very cheap . The one problem was that the amount of food was very little or none and we had to wait a while for it to be cooked and still very little brought out. That was the only thing we had a problem with . We would stay there again , it was brilliant

Ubicación excelente al lado de la plaza del mercado. Personal muy amable. Todo muy limpio. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Camas muy cómodas y nada de ruido en la habitación. Las ventanas no se pueden abrir( eso me resultó un poco agobiante)
