« Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. Great location and for the size of the place not...

« Lovely place but needs TLC. Been neglected somewhat. There was no toilet roll. There was 1 towel for 3 of us. Both beds needed fixing but Dan was good n came straight over n done them. Found 2 false nails in the cutlery draw. No welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. Christmas tree had 1 bauble on it. Just small stuff but collectively was a little off putting. Shame to have such a gorgeous property be neglected. Dan n his family are lovely though they love a bit of karaoke n made us feel most welcome...

« Took the grandsons for a few days glamping in one of the pods. Very clean and pretty much everything you need to camp with the added luxury of a real bed and shower. . Staff were really friendly and very helpful. The boys loved fishing on the little ponds, and even managed to catch a few. And they had their first experience of open water swimming in the lake. It’s very quiet through the week. Don’t know about weekends. And there is a cafe and bar which we made use of. Would definitely recommend...
