This property is ideal for a stop over anything longer is not ideal. The room is small, the blanket was stained, if you get a room with no view a couple of days feels like a life time. No privacy as the back rooms with balconys over look the car park.

Close to the beach. We had a 2 bedroom unit that had a big living area. Comfy beds. Would happily stay there again.

Called in advance to request an ironing board in my room, was assured one would be there - there was not. I arrived during reception’s “open” hours, but reception was closed and my key in an outdoor box. I had received a code for the key box but when I opened it was suprised to find 10 other keys in there - zero security. Felt even less when I got to my room and found the balcony glass door unlocked and wide open. I contacted the contact number provided to ask about the ironing board, received no response, and had no access to an ironing board for the duration of my stay (which was a work trip). The final issue was that housekeeping is once weekly - which would be fine, if the room was adequately stocked for my stay. There were no additional bin liners provided, not toilet paper. I ended up having to buy my own toilet paper to avoid the several hundred dollar “after hours” call out fee, which was just ridiculous. Will not stay again, would not recommend.

The location was very good but the property was quite run down. Also my daughter left her Bluetooth headphones in the room by accident, I called up after we left and told the lady exactly where they were beside the bed. When we went to pick them up the young girl at reception said she didn't see them and apparently she cleaned the room herself. 🙄 She either didn't look very well or had kept them for herself. Sad that this has been our final impression of the property and because of this we won't be returning or recommending to friends.

Our stay here was ideal. Walking distance to beach. Cafe a plenty. Friendly folks & staff. For me, it was basically a tropical resort. Aircon, smart tv, coffee & tea. Big beds with a view. Lewis

This Motel is Ideally situated Walking distance from North Wollongong Beach & Stuart park, The room was clean & tidy, The bed was very comfortable The staff were polite & good to deal with, we enjoyed our stay. its an older style motel however the Convenient location for the price is hard to beat. would definitely stay again the only negative is its getting demolished to make way for an apartment block mid year so enjoy the convenience while its open

Booked room with twin and queen beds but was a single and queen. Was told theyve never had twin beds despite being advertised. The air conditioner wasnt functioning properly.

Reception closed and unattended
Couldn’t access our room upon arrival as reception was unattended and locked despite being within the advertised opening hours. Tried calling the mobile number on the door several times without answer. Received an unprofessional response several hours later via text. Extremely disappointing customer service.

The sink in bathroom was half blocked. There r ppl passing by from time to time even with the sign only for guess in our room. It’s next to the beach, and we enjoyed a walk.

The single bed in the room felt broken, it bowed in the middle and you could visually see this - it felt like you were lying on the bed base. The powerpoint almost came out of the wall when I removed my charger. The shower was very temperamental. It was convenient to get where I needed to go, but average for the price

The property and stay was good. What left a bitter taste was the fact that we were overcharged $100 . We made our reservation through Wotif. We were not given any explanation.

The room smelt disgusting, presumably stale cigarettes. The window wouldn’t stay open so there was no relief from it. We couldn’t bear to be in that room.

Bathroom not cleaned properly had rubbish left behind on floor. Shower head wasn’t screwed on properly and when you showered water spat out everywhere. TV had no volume (Not on Mute)

Hi Greg,We only service rooms after a 7 night stay. Clean towels can be requested from reception.

The location is really good, however the facility is outdated and needs a freshen up. The AC didnt work, the tv had issues connecting to free to air. The 2nd bed was hard. Noisy neighbours rocking home at 2pm banging doors didnt help.

The room was okay and clean. We were there for five nights and our room was not cleaned during this time, we ran out of toilet paper. The office was rarely open. I was charged for the room weeks before we arrived and I had opted to pay on arrival and we did not receive the discounted rate as per advertised.

Hi Joan,Room servicing is only done weekly, and any extras can be requested from reception which is open from 11am daily or you can call us on the number provided in your room and we are more than happy to help.All discounts happen immediately when a booking is made and usually are connected to the booking platform in which you booked through.

Very central, close to beach and restaurants. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, mattress very thin. No hair drier, iron or ironing board. No Wifi connection available.
