« We stayed during 4th of July weekend we rented 2 rooms one of which the room was leaking from the ceiling the staffs response was this was a frequent occurrence and just gave us rags to clean up the mess. We then were headed to the pool it was about 10:30 at the indoor pool the front desk person came in and said that the indoor pools from 10-12 was for adults only mind you there was no signs of this was simply told it was management we were told that we could use the indoor water park or outdoor...

« I paid a premium price and was told I had an updated suite, it was not. Shower upstairs had no hot water, outlets were outdated, and TV remotes didn’t work. »

« Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again. »

« I would have given this hotel a 4-star rating because overall my stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the property itself was clean and comfortable. However, the bed linens were a bit of an issue. The fitted sheet was too small for the mattress, so it kept slipping off and rolling up throughout the night. I found myself constantly having to pull and tuck it back in, which made it hard to fully relax. If that small detail were fixed, this would easily be a higher-rated stay. »
