« The hotel needed repairs, leaking windows in room. We asked staff for extra pillows and the ones in the room were very small, we were told no. Staff was not friendly at check in and we were ignored when w walked in. Whirlpool jet were not working so unable to use. Pool and whirlpool need to be refinished. »

« This place was so nice! We got upgraded to lakeside room with no extra charge. The weather was not cooperative for lakeside sitting.. but we plan to come back when it is nicer weather! »

« New ownership is fantastic! Loved our stay. Pool and sauna were great. We will be back. »

« The pictures are very accurate of what the cabin looks like. The lake view is amazing! Visiting in October, it was nice and quiet even with most of the other cabins booked. Matt was very communicative before, during if needed, and after stay. »

The wooded area on Hayward Lake felt very private even though it was close to town. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Walking/biking path ran along the edge of the property. Bed was very comfortable. Heat and ac in the cabin with easy to use instructions. Check in and out process was easy. Great...

« Very clean, right in town, plenty of space for the three of us and a great dock to fish or have a drink. »
