Breakfast was just "ok". Last year it was much better. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I'll stay here again in hopes that things were just "off". »

« Very spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location in center of village. Hotel appears to have been redecorated in the not too distant past. Although the website says no pets, the front desk told us that if we call them in advance and ask, they apparently have four rooms designated as "pet friendly". Good to know, because the last time we stayed there, many years ago, we stayed with our small dog. »

« The resort was close to Pelican Lake (25 min drive) and clean. The resort is quite outdated. We checked in and went to the bar and no one was there. « We loved our overnight stay at The Chanticleer. We had book the reservation for the wrong day and the owner(?) was very accommodating in helping us resolve 5he issue. The Inn itself was such a quaint peaceful throwback - reminding us of childhood trips long ago. « We stayed here for our kids ski camp, location was perfect. We loved seeing the hill and hearing the snow guns across the street. The chalet suited our needs but is older. If you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you as it requires steep steps to get into. Didn’t bother us but something to note. Bedrooms are small with little storage and living area is small. We loved the wood fireplace and extra blankets. »
