« Really nice place to stay and the people in charge of the facility are super ice, polite, helpful and easily available. I spent 2 peaceful nights there. My only objection is the downtown location which might be technically true but it's a ways from anywhere you would want to go downtown. Kind of a downscale neighborhood. My fault, I used to live in Lexington and didn't check the address on a map. Only reason for 4 stars, not 5. But super price and nice place. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. Dru was very accommodating and communicative. The property was very comfortable and very cute. The air conditioning and heat was great. She thought of everything that we could have needed, even down to salt and pepper. We are hoping to make this a yearly tradition and would love to stay here again »

« Things we loved: the bedding, the double-walled tea cup, pancake griddle, extra towels and washcloths, having a garage, spacious kitchen, ease of the twin cot, productive ice maker, silent-close cabinetry, well-lit bathroom, good location for day trips, and super quiet neighborhood. The kitchen cabinets had bare-minimal cooking items. If you are a foodie or plan to cook a lot, make sure the host has the items you need. The property is new and in very good shape. »

« This place is great. Location is nice and close to downtown, clean, well stocked, etc. The speakeasy below was not an issue at all. We used the white-noise maker in the bedroom, but it wasn't necessary. Parking is perfect, it's about 2 steps to unload the car and get into the place. Jack Brown burger place is right down the road. If you haven't been there, go there. Get the sauce. You're welcome. As always .... the test is -- would I stay there again, and recommend ... Yes and Yes. »

« We just stayed on night but the place was very comfortable for our group. The mattresses are really nice in all the beds. The bedrooms are all very roomy and the kitchen, though small, was nice equipped. We loved the decorating. We also really appreciated being able to walk about two blocks down the road for dinner and for breakfast. EKU is about a block away as well which made for a peaceful morning walk. »

« The apartment was very clean and nice. We were staying for the music festival Railbird at the Red Mile, so it was a very easy walk making the weekend nice not having to worry with parking or taxis service. Traffic was a mess and we just walked right on by. Thanks for a great weekend »
