Beautiful Water/Golfview 3 BR pool home, located in the center of the Villages

3 bedroom home. 2 baths. Spacious open plan with open kitchen, nook, living and dining room that opens up to a Lanai that has a bar, outdoor TV and dinning table. Right off the lanai is a beautiful heated pool that overlooks a golf course and small pond. You'll have a garage for your car. golf cart and storage items. You'll be in a community that offers a recreation building with a larger pool.
The home is located just about in the center of the entire Villages community giving you easier access to the all the recreation available as well as the town centers

It’s at the end of a gorgeous cul-de-sac in a very quiet part of the Village of Sanibel, and comes fully stocked.The property owner quickly responded (email and/or txt) to all inquiries we had before and during our stay.Choose this home; you’ll be glad you did.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. Nice golf course view on a quiet street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from wine glasses to stock pots. Convenient pantry to keep your snacks & food. The pool area is beautiful with waterfall feature. Plenty of closets & drawers. Hope to be back again!

What is not to like. This home is in a superb neighborhood with great neighbors, quiet, clean, close to shopping , short drive to Brownwood for music and shopping. Mike and Denise can be very pleased with their property. Don’t think twice, just book.

We had a wonderful stay here. The pics are beautiful, but don't fully do it justice. The home was perfectly decorated and had everything we needed to feel like we lived there. The pool was wonderful, the view of the golf course was lovely. And Michael was so helpful & attentive. We will for sure stay here again. LOVED it!

Michael provided the perfect vacation property. Everything in home worked and showed zero wear and tear of properties in the past. We had a great week in his home, the pool, furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen were spotless. His support and communication throughout the entire rental transaction and our stay were very professional and helpful throughout. The home is exactly as described and far exceeded expectations.

The pics don’t do it justice! What great stay! We wanted for nothing. Extremely well equipped. Super communication with the owner. 9 mins from grocery, 12-15 mins from Brownwood Paddock. (By cart) Attention to detail and designer decorated throughout. Pride of ownership and much appreciated attention to detail. Thank you Mike for a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, comfortable and in a great location. Close to everything yet in a very Quiet neighborhood. Being able to park our car and golf cart in the garage was a bonus. Michael was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We were glad to have fast wi-fi and a 75-inch TV with plenty of channels for rainy days and a lovely pool for sunny days.
