Honestly I would never recommend anyone stay here. Not only was it filthy and unsafe, there was no hot water in one of our bathrooms, no one at the front desk to check in and out and the location is so unsafe. They keep the bathrooms by the checkin desk locked so even after driving hours my kids couldn't use the restroom. People smoking at all entrances. Pool was disgusting. Spiders in the tub, the room was musty and not well kept. Hair in the freezer. Absolutely horrible.

The room was clean, everything eorked as it should. I was impressed by the restaurant, and had a full breakfast. I was approached outside xs 2, for money by people walking through the parling area and im uncertain what took place for the police, then fireman to arrive as i was heading out one evening.

The staff are always kind. The room smelt clean but the walls were very dirty and the furniture is really banged up with stains on the bed sheet and some towels. The breakfast was also terrible, only good thing was the waffle maker.

So many complaints idk where to start. Leaks everywhere, bad breakfast, no AC and horrible breakfast. Staff will lie and lie about fixing the issues because they don’t want you to leave their property.

The property was a nightmare. Do NOT stay here. Stains on bedsheets and other areas. The AC doesn’t work and when asked the manager hung up on me. They had leaks all over the place & the breakfast is horrible. Their maintenance man does their breakfast. The elevators don’t work and if they do the housekeepers occupy them to clean during the day so you have to wait for a while if you need an elevator. You are guaranteed to get asked for money by random strays.

Would not recommend staying here. We chose this hotel because the photos online looked nice but they were incredibly deceiving. The king room is TINY. Everything is completely outdated the area is surrounded by people walking the streets. For the price they are asking per night we expected MUCH nicer.

This property needs to be updated. There are no USB ports to charge your phone. The bathroom was very poor condition. Toilet rocks, bathtub had hairs in it, beds were very uncomfortable. Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. Yogurt, left out room temperature. Cream cheese not covered and drying out.

We had nothing but issues. We stayed 2 night's. Our key didnt work, and we reported we had low pressure, cold water for our shower. We reported it first thing in the morning. When we got back to the hotel, the issue was not resolved and then told that they would move us to another room. After hours we had to beg to get moved. They didnt really seem to care at all about the inconvenience to us. The room we got moved to was dirty. Huge cobwebs in the corner of the windows, some kind of brown slime on the walls. The hotel overall was dirty. I would not recommend staying there. We did not expect that for a Wyndham hotel.

1st impressions are important when I walked into the lobby to check-in it looked rundown and dirty ceiling tiles were stained and looked like they may fall out lobby furniture had stains on it and there were scratches on the walls needless to say I assumed our rooms would be the same to my surprise they were clean and comfortable nothing extravagant you get what you pay for the beds were clean water was hot ac/heater worked perfectly also the people up front was polite so that’s a plus as well I’d stay again if the need arised we didn’t eat there so I don’t know what the breakfast was like

The hot tub was not working and was filled with dirt and trash! The room next door you get hear them fighting and arguing and staff did nothing to help. We finally knocked on the door and asked them to please quiet down. There was a $5.39 for security and staff fee that they didn’t tell me about during check in also they put 2 holds on my hotel room . Parking was not safe as phomeless walking though and also there was a concert and people parked in the lot, taking away from paying hotel customers.

The pillows on the bed were couch pillows and not standard size. The amenities listed on google were not provided at the hotel, ie: hot tub, sauna. The climate control fan would not stay on so the room was muggy. The shuttle that was said to be provided at the hotel was not in service. The phone didnt work, so we couldnt call downstairs to let the front desk know about the issues we were having. Overall a terrible experience and we will not be returning.

I walked into the property to check in and it was dirty and smelled horrible. There were about 15 people just sitting around being loud and noisy. The ceiling had water stains all over it and several of the ceiling tiles were about to fall in. There were places that appeared to be black mold. The walls were dirty and even a couple of holes in one area. The man working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I told him I no longer wanted to stay at their hotel and he cancelled my reservation for me. The area the hotel was located in also looked to be very ran down and I honestly would not have felt safe there.
