Nos gîtes et cottages à Whiteley

« We spent 4 great days at Dan's who was so welcoming and friendly. The bedroom is very big and the bed is so comfy. Dans provides some cereals, croissants, orange juice and hot drinks every morning. Another perk was that we could use the kitchen and cook our meals, or take an already prepared salad on the table outside to enjoy the sun in the garden. Cherry on the cake: Dan has got a kayak we used to paddle along the coast which was fun. We practised our English over a drink on our last night. »

« Was a warm, well equipped house. Nice view. »

« We'd thoroughly recommend this property, where you have everything you need (and more) for a week or two away from home. Very dog friendly, and just a short walk from a lovely park and onto a long, sandy beach where the dogs had a whale of a time. A good sized and secure back garden, and views over The Solent towards the mainland. We can not fault this property. »

« Great location, good facilities. No mention of »

« Good location, very clean but stairs extremely steep which would be a big problem for the elderly/young and the garden is a trip hazard and needs attention. Having stayed in other properties in Ryde we dont consider it to be value for money as needs a refurb and don’t know how a family of 4 would cope with the bedrooms ! »

« The farmhouse is very comfortable and has everything that you need. There are many pleasant dog walks close by and there is a stoney beach, which is only 20 minutes walk away, a favourite place for our dog and us, as there is also a very nice pub there, that does excellent food . I would definitely stay here again. »

« A very very lovely property. Everything is top notch. The pool was warm, the garden is lovely. The beds are super comfy. The location for getting to the beach is brilliant. We all loved it and will return without a doubt. »

« Highly recommended beautiful house located in a lovely quiet road. The house has lots of room and is clean and bright. The house is fully equipped including indoor and outdoor games and is a great stay for families. A lovely well kept garden. The location is beautiful, clean and picturesque. Short walk to local shops and village pub. Walking distance to Bembridge beach. Local residents are friendly. We will definitely stay here again on another visit to the Island. »

« Thanks so much, Cath and Pete for a lovely stay! The house is beautiful, spotless and you are very thoughtful to provide us with everything we needed. Couldn't ask for a more relaxing, nice and romantic holiday. »

« Très bon pied à terre à Emsworth près des sentiers côtiers. Pratique, au calme dans très beau quartier. Dommage pour les moquettes si vous êtes allergique aux acariens ! »

« We had a lovely stay and the property was very clean. Great location and would definitely recommend it. »

« Lovely house and will stay again - just missing some small touches like washing up liquid, shampoo, shower gel which we are used to in most Air B & B we stay at - almost like a small welcome pack. Location wise was perfect for us - local pub and lovely beach all within walking distance. »

« What a wonderful home from home Hazeldene is and what a wonderful host Jan is - responsive and helpful. The house is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Plus a lovely large private garden that was great for our dogs and with every configuration you could want for relaxing and dining. Jan and her family have obviously worked hard to create this haven but clearly enjoyed thinking of every detail to make your stay fun and interesting, especially for young ones with lots of toys, books...

« Location. Dusty in nooks and crannies. The inside of the velux window in the bathroom is completely covered in old spiders webs with flies that have been there a while. »

« Position is amazing. Huge skies and wild coast. We couldn't get a couple of the showers to work effectively »

« Lovely accommodation, great location and welcoming hosts. Definitely recommend. »

« Clean space. This cottage is handicap accessible so shower situation is designed as such. Good outdoor space, albeit shared with other guests. »
