Lovely stay in this B&B above a pub/brewery. Had a pint downstairs in the bar, it was Karaoke night but it wasnt on too late and bed was very comfortable so great nights sleep.

Whilst trying to check in at the bar, the barmaid was too preoccupied playing on her phone -another bar customer had to attract her attention for her to come to me. Also when buying a drink in the pub the next evening , not one of the 3 barmaids smiled or looked remotely interested in giving good customer service handing over the card payment machine (it’s cards only payments) over without even looking at you or breaking in a smile/acknowledgement! The staff spoilt what was otherwise a beautiful stay in a convenient and gorgeous set of rooms…

Our weekend
Lovely location fantastic space with a lovely living space to chill out as well as a super bedroom and grear shower . Will definitely be back !! If you are used to early nights maybe bot ideal as a above a busy pub and beer garden which is load till 11.30 pm didnt bother us at all as we sat and had a few beers .

We expected a room and it turned out to be a suite! Clean and well maintained. Shower was great so long as it’s use didn’t coincide with the brewing process in the downstairs micro-brewery.

Awesomeness!
This is an absolutely wonderful, little apartment that has been upgraded with amazing electrical outlets and a nice bathroom, kitchen and everything! I hope I can return here every year for the rest of my life. It's close to everything but it's in a quiant, quiet neighborhood. It's also really wonderful that they have some coffee and tea and snacks and things so you don't have to go out for breakfast or you can treat yourself to something early until you are hungry.

Great quirky accommodation and location. Substantial breakfast basket was a nice touch. Watch out for Live Music night though, very noisy until 1145 on Friday, take your ear plugs unless you want to join in.

Lovely accommodation set over two floors. Bed and sofa very comfortable and bathroom extremely clean. Very well decorated and very generous breakfast basket. Only downside would be having to access through pub garden which was very busy during the evening and was quite noisy until late but would stay again as accommodation makes up for that 😊

Nice apartment in a pub
Really pleased with the accommodation, it is an apartment with bedroom upstairs. Fully stocked with all kinds of goodies including cheese in the little fridge. Totally my mistake but did not realise it was in a pub, it was so noisy when wd got back about 10pm because there was a karaoke singer until 11pm then there were people talking loudly in the pub garden for quite a while after. We had had a busy day & really wanted to go to sleep but couldn't go up to bed until about midnight. There were a few people walking by in the night but no traffic noise until the bin men turned up early. I think if we were more 'pub' people & had just joined in it would have been better. Staff were lovely & very helpful. Apartment was clean, bed was firm but pillows a bit mushy for me.

A little gem.
Just had a fantastic overnight stay in The Little Angel. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated, cosy warm, quiet and private, and the free breakfast items were completely unexpected. We enjoyed a great evening in the bar watching Sammi Lee’s karaoke and sampling the bar’s own beers. Would recommend The Little Angel and will definitely be returning.

Suited us just fine
Lovely little holiday let, arranged over 2 floors. Comfortable sitting room and bathroom on first floor, and bedroom on the second floor. Even though we went out for breakfast, (Wetherspoons 5 minutes walk away), there was sufficient provided for a continental-type meal. The accommodation is bright and clean. However, one drawback could be that, being in an old cottage, the stairs are steep and shallow, so you need to be reasonably able bodied. Good range of beers in the pub.

Great location and facilities
The accommodation was great - newly renovated, spacious and clean. Also a perfect location right in the centre of Whitby where everything is within walking distance. Music and chatter from the pub goes on til late but it didn’t bother us and the staff were all welcoming and friendly. Quite a steep flight of stairs up to the accommodation so just worth bearing in mind if that’s likely to be an issue.

The room is above a pub but that didnt effect our stay or sleep and ear plugs were supplied but we didnt need. The room itself is like a mini apartment with a seperate sitting room, bedroom and shower room. The space was excellent and a real bonus. It was all nicely decorated and lovely friendly staff. I would stay again and i would recommend to others.

Had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and looked recently refurbished. Ideally located, there is no parking but I think this is the same for many hotels in Whitby. We would certainly stay here again
