It is a stylish, modern 2 bedroom apartment with quality furniture and fittings, with lovely views of the Caribbean sea from the patio. It has its own plunge pool for sole use. El Vista can sleep up to 5 people. It is 5 - 8 minutes walk (or 2 Minutes drive) to a glorious beach which never gets crowded and just 10 minutes drive from Holetown which has excellent restaurants, bars, night-life and a good shopping centre. The newly opened “Lime Grove” is a shopping experience not to be missed. Diving centres and swimming with turtles are available at nearby beaches. Tennis courts are available in Holetown and Speightstown . Also several golf courses are only a few minutes drive away.

The patio overlooking the floodlit plunge pool creates great ambience for alfresco dining in the evenings as well as providing a cooling off place during the day.

The Barbados Government have recently introduced a “Tourist Tax” which is applicable to all guests staying at Villas, Apartments, Hotels or Guest Houses whilst holidaying in Barbados. The Tax is based upon the nightly rental, the currency exchange rate and the duration of the visit. The tax is called the SEL (Shared Economy Levy) and is now included in the booking fee and we (The Owners) pay this to the Barbados Tourist Authority with every booking.
