"The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper ..."

"Excellent accommodation, great central location and super friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again but would definitely need to bring ear plugs as the noise from outside the building due to people/rubbish collectors/seagulls etc did not stop all night!"
