« I like that we were able to get this place for a reasonable price,comparable to a 2 room hotel, because it was a beautifully built house with good furniture. Lots of pros. Currently feels like it was a fixer upper in progress. I recommend that an ozone machine be ran, between each use of the house, as it had a lingering smell of cooking spices. « This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1...

« My stay was a relaxing week in a quiet neighborhood, very cozy home, had everything I needed, was also located conveniently near freeway and mostly everything, restaurants, shops, etc. The only issue was the check in process which was not the hosts fault, hotels app would not send either of our messages to each other so by the time come check in I did not know what to do, had to call hotels to which they saw host and I sending messages to each other but neither of us received anything.
