« The property was sufficient for our purpose while visiting our son at ASU. Overall, relatively clean, well-stocked and quiet. Decorated cute and bed was comfortable. The exterior grounds could use a little TLC. Wall unit air conditioner dripped on us in bed throughout the night so the bed and pillows were very wet in the morning. »

« When I arrived to this rental, I went inside and noticed there were no sheets on the bed. It was just a dirty mattress. The comforter was thrown on a dirty chair. There were stacked pillows with no pillowcases on them, and the pillows were very brown. There was a bag of trash under the kitchen counter. There was no trash bag in the can or anywhere to be found.
