« The check-in process was a nightmare! This is not a hotel but an apartment building called Skye on 6th. When I called Global Luxury Suites C/S on Friday at 4pm (check-in time) for help checking in, I was told I would receive a call back. That never happened. The Global Luxury Suites C/S number is a third party call center. Arianna at the front desk was very helpful even though she is only working for this apartment complex: Skye on 6th. Apparently, the 14th floor is short-term rentals...

« Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended! »
