The well-equipped property includes two private, allocated parking spaces and ground-floor entry. Inside, you'll experience soothing in-floor heating throughout, with A/C for the warmer months. The hallway leads to a laundry room, a toy closet stocked with a child's toilet seat, baby gate, and booster seat for dining, and a bright, ocean-themed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, offering a glimpse of the lake and mountains.
Upstairs, you'll find a cozy living and dining area, with doors opening to the balcony. This relaxing space features stunning views, an electric fireplace, reading materials, and a big-screen TV, perfect for unwinding.
The fully equipped kitchen includes shelves with games, activities, and cookbooks. Step into the second African-themed bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom and views of the mountains and vineyard. This room is furnished with an antique Escritoire desk, reading materials, and binoculars for enjoying up-close views of the surrounding scenery.
A friendly black Lab/Great Pyrenees mix named Sarah lives on-site. She may come to the gate to say hello or occasionally bark at passersby when she's outside. Please do not feed her.
