« Our room was awful because the bathtub was always clogged when we tried to shower and the dresser was already broken and wouldn’t close correctly and the thermostat was broken we couldn’t open it to adjust the temperature at all. We asked for a different room but staff said there were no other rooms even though I believe she just didn’t want to do the paperwork to switch us to a different room.
