Très bien
Hôtel proche du centre (5 min à pied) et de la gare (15 min à pied). Plutôt calme et le personnel est accueillant. La chambre était très bien.

Great Stay
Hotel is located at 5 kilometers from the Harry Potter studios, Lovely & helpfull staff. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had both dinner and breakfast, good quality food and service. Many thanks for the parking place

Accueil très chaleureux, parking gratuit !
Accueil très chaleureux, ne vous laissez pas rebuter par l'extérieur du bâtiment. Le parking est gratuit mais le nombre de place est limité, il vaut mieux arriver tôt pour être sûr d'avoir une place. L'hôtel est en cours de rénovation, celle-ci est quasiment terminée, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. La salle de bain dans la chambre que nous occupions n'avait pas été rénovée, elle était néanmoins très propre.

I asked king bed. There were 2 single beds joined up It very uncomfortable to sleep in the middle I was told it zip mattress not sure what they were saying

Free parking is a bonus, staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom needed a thorough clean! Have stayed twice now and each time I've been told to dial 0 for reception on the phone in my room but never had a phone both times staying in different rooms.

It was clean and the bed was comfy. However the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold and the hotel is in need of modernisation.

The accommodations are very basic, but clean. My shower was not easy to use. No working fan in the loo. The parking situation isn't idea. However, the staff were amazing. Absolutely could not have been better!

Decent room, very poor sound proofing.
Good room size. Clean. Practical. Thin walls, could hear people walking or even on phone. The bed was changed and the bed side tables were no longer at the side of the bed, more a corner table not reachable from bed.

Needs updating
Reception was very new and clean, the breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared. The rest of the hotel was dated and needed a update, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Not a good experience
Room too hot, had to have windows open the whole time, so no sleep due to noise from road. Room very dated, mold on net curtains plus hole in them, stains on carpet, appliance checks 6 months out of date. Howver, desk staff were very helpful, reception & bar area was modern & clean. Stayed in a few Best Western Hotels up & down the country this is definitely at the bottom of the list. The only good thing was the location.
