We welcome you to this newly built Penthouse unit featuring an exquisite, private rooftop deck with stunning views of The Monumwnt and Capitol complete with a grill, outdoor TV and furniture perfect to unwind from a busy day out in the city.

Blocks to H St Corridor with tons of shops, eateries, Whole Foods and Ben's Chili Bowl. Union Market, the epicenter of culinary creativity in DC is just 1 mile away. This home is one block from a children’s playground and recreation center. Free street parking.

Beautifully renovated 3 story penthouse condo townhome offering 3BD/3BA. Enjoy an open floor plan with upgraded hardwood floors, 36 inch gas stove, all LED Lighting, and ample natural lighting. Gorgeous kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and a sleek backsplash. Keurig Coffee machine. The main floor has a convenient nice size bedroom, as well as a full hall bathroom. The upper level features 2 bedrooms, a master with an exceptionally designed full bathroom, with double vanities, a second bedroom, and a full hall bathroom. The master also features a private 50 square foot deck. The SPACIOUS private 400 square foot penthouse deck offers a grill, as well as sweeping views of the Washington Monument, Capitol, and Cathedral. There is one assigned parking space in the rear of the building. Free unmetered street parking is avaiable in the front of this home.

We start you out with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, garbage bags and hand soap. Washer and dryer in unit available but please bring your own detergents. It is the guest’s responsibility to replenish or get more as needed for their needs.

PARKING: One parking space is included with your stay. Must send us plates information or you will be towed. Free street parking.

High Speed WiFi access will be given to
you. TiVo 4k streaming to log into your favorites such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and more to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

LOCALS: Locals (anyone residing within 60 miles of the property) must communicate with the host prior to booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without refund if any house rule is violated.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm or after. If early check-in is required, please confirm with host prior to booking using the app messenger. Additional charges may apply. Guests must book indicating the correct number of total guests that will be occupying the home.

CHECK-OUT: Check out time is 10am. In order for the cleaning team to have time to properly prepare for the next guest, we ask that guests have checked out by this time. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and based on availability. Additional charges may/shall apply.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Any and all visitors must be registered as a guest on the reservation. Only the specific number of guests listed in the booking are allowed on premises, unless approved in writing by host/manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, the reservation will be terminated and all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be asked to immediately vacate the premises without a refund for any unused days remaining. Guests also agrees to pay a charge of $100 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.

AGE: You must be 25 years of age or older at time of booking in order to reserve this Property. Guest confirms that he/she is older than 25.

VALID PHOTO ID: Guests must provide valid government issued ID matching the name on the reservation prior to check-in. Codes can not be dispatched until we receive the ID.

SMOKING FEE: No smoking inside the home

PETS: There are to be no pets on the Property - except with prior written authorization of host. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 Pet Fee and will be immediately asked to leave the Property for violations, forfeiting a refund for any remaining days on reservation. Additional cleaning fees shall apply.

EVENTS/ VENDORS: No Events. Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited. Some events are permitted. Guests must obtain written approval to have event.

REPORTING DAMAGE: Guest agrees to keep the Property in the same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy.

ENTERING PREMISES: Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance; and with 24 hours’ notice, for normal maintenance.

ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, message Host/ Manager as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. There is a $35 handling fee plus postage and packaging.

LIABILITY: Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest shall hold Host harmless and indemnify Host from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the Property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guests, or invitees.

FOOD: We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, Guest agrees to be charged for a plumber’s time to un-clog or install a new garbage disposal (if needed). No eating of food in bedrooms. Stains from food or drink shall be paid by guest.

COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS: We want all of our guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in the home and its private rooftop. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. No refund will be given for the unused portion of the guests stay.

LINENS: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Housekeeping will wash all laundry.

MOVING FURNITURE: Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood so please be mindful to not incur damage which will incur repair charges to guest.the

Museum trip
A little farther out than we originally thought. Rooftop was nice. We had trouble getting the TV to work, but that is the biggest issue. Two blocks away the neighborhood is rough but we had no issues

Beautiful place, great for couples
May was very helpful, very responsive. She gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and the place was great for couples. There were a couple of pans that weren’t clean, but May let the cleaning people know. The amenities showed a jacuzzi, but that was incorrect. May said she was planning to get that corrected. The kitchen and living area were beautiful. The bathrooms were very nice. The master was very nice.

Condo Looks exactly like pictures...
To start I would like to thank the host for a 1 hr early complimentary check in. Ok to start once we arrived we were going to park in the allotted parking space in the back- well no other review that I read mentioned the condo next door or the neighborhood behind the condo was very scary looking( next door look like a slum shack and behind was goverment housing). We were very unhappy about this...so because we had a rental SUV and wanted it to stay safe we decided to park in front of the condo...the front looks amazing besides the Christmas lights were still up but this may have belonged to other units owners. No elevators so be mindful of how heavy your luggage is ( also downstairs foyer is a very tight space). Inside the unit it was FABULOUS!!!! We were all over 50 ( 4 of us all women) and loved the decor. We didn't have any washclothes in bathroom downstairs nor a bathmat ( to step on when getting out of shower). We checked the dryer and there were towels and things in there but they were damp so we left them as is( We did not report this to hostess). We were looking for the pull out bed or futon but after communicating with hostess no sleeper sofa and the so call futons were a joke so one of the ladies used the blowup mattress and to our discovery NO linen was in the condo for our 4th person( communitcated with host and she stated we had to request it as it showed in the listing) heck I thought if 4 people and 3 bedrooms we wouldn't have to request it. Trinidad penthouse
A great place to stay in DC. Quiet neighborhood and close to bus stops. The view from the rooftop is fabulous. We got immediate assistance when we needed additional household items from the manager. We would rent this place again.

Large space with upgrades
The house was perfect space for our family with a great big playground next door. Clean and up to date; comfy beds. We had a bit of trouble with the gas stove not staying on but managed otherwise. It was also a hike for our kiddos to get to the streetcar and unfortunately the red line metro was under construction during our visit. This meant lots of Ubering. Neighboorhood was mostly quiet during our time there. It’s definitely an up and coming area. Host was super responsive to all our questions.

Cute style condo with lots of stairs
This place has super cute decor, and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable which is extremely important to us. The bathrooms and kitchen were really nice. The couch is super hard & uncomfortable, but cute. The upstairs deck is not that great. We did have problems with the hot water going out. And the stove would not work. But the owner was VERY responsive and sent people out to fix quickly. Hopefully all is resolved before the next guests come.

Awesome spacious home
Six of us stayed for 3 nights ages 37-68 yrs old. The younger ones loved the rooftop patio-would have been nice to have a heater for chilly evenings. The 3 bedrooms with 3 baths was awesome! The updated kitchen was wonderful to cook breakfasts. We were there for family visit & touring the DC area sites. This is a transitional neighborhood with a lot of construction remodeling older homes. Not close to the Metro public transportation. We were happy to have a rental car with on street free parking. Aldi Grocery close by was a plus.
