Un endroit parfait pour les vacances ou les affaires! 2 pâtés de maisons de la gare Union et accès au métro (ligne rouge) et au bus Circulator qui vous emmènera aux musées et monuments, Amtrak et trains de banlieue (y compris le train de l'aéroport BWI). Tout aussi proche du Capitole, de la Cour suprême, de la Bibliothèque du Congrès et bien plus encore. La maison est aménagée pour une famille, 2 couples ou des collègues de travail. Moins d'un pâté de maisons de grands cafés et marchés de boutique pour l'essentiel. 2 pâtés de maisons d'une grande épicerie, restaurants et autres commodités. Permis de stationnement ou place privée disponible moyennant un supplément. L'espace La maison est très propre et bien conçue avec un plan d'étage ouvert et une demi-salle de bain au premier étage, 3 chambres, salle de bain complète et laveuse / sécheuse à l'étage. La maison est décorée pour fournir une oasis confortable de la ville où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous détendre sur le grand canapé en coupe, dans le coin lecture ensoleillé de la baie vitrée ou sur le patio arrière lorsque le temps le permet. L'emplacement de la maison est pratique pour les voyages d'affaires et touristiques: il est à moins de 2 pâtés de maisons du métro et des bus, des trains de banlieue (VRE et MARC), d'Amtrak et du tramway gratuit de la rue H. Et vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à pied au Capitole, au marché de l'Est, au couloir de la rue H, aux musées du centre commercial, etc. Louez un vélo Capital BikeShare en utilisant la station au coin de la rue ou faites une belle course ou marchez à travers Capitol Hill historique. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'une voiture pour rester ici, mais si vous apportez votre voiture, je peux m'arranger pour obtenir un permis de stationnement dans la rue moyennant un supplément ou vous pouvez avoir accès à la place de parking à l'arrière de la maison moyennant un supplément. Les 3 chambres ont un lit king, queen et lits jumeaux avec un lit gigogne et toutes les chambres ont des rideaux occultants afin que vous puissiez dormir si vous le souhaitez. Le bain a une baignoire pleine grandeur. La cuisine a tous les ustensiles et la vaisselle dont vous aurez besoin et la table de la salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes très confortablement. Vous pourrez également profiter de la nouvelle télévision connectée à écran plat de 55 pouces dans le salon, ainsi que du compte Sling TV et du lecteur DVD associés. Il y a Verizon Fios WiFi à utiliser dans ma maison et une chaîne stéréo complète. La cour arrière a une petite table et des chaises de bistrot pour quand il fait beau. Autres choses à noter La maison a des escaliers pour se rendre à l'entrée et au 2ème étage, où se trouvent toutes les chambres. Et - désolé, mais je ne peux pas accueillir d'animaux domestiques ni accepter de forfaits pour vous. L'appartement en dessous de la maison principale est l'endroit où mon mari et moi (et nos chiens) séjournons. De plus, nous sommes connectés aux voisins des deux côtés. Compte tenu de la proximité de la vie urbaine, nous vous demandons de faire attention aux voisins et de maintenir le bruit, y compris le volume de la télévision et de la musique à un niveau raisonnable, et de retirer vos chaussures dans la maison. Veuillez également ne pas sauter (ou descendre) sur les meubles, y compris les lits et le canapé. Les heures tranquilles sont de 22 h 00 à 7 h 00. Merci de votre compréhension.

Stayed here with a group of colleagues while in DC for a 5-day conference. This apartment was so clean, comfortable, spacious, and functional. It's very well located in a cute neighborhood with amenities (including a full grocery store!) and a short walk to Union Station, making it easy to get to and from the convention center. Ingrid was a great host, super communicative, clear, and accommodating with our requests. And we loved the recommendations for food and activities! If I'm back in DC with a group I know where I'll stay.

We stayed at this property for our family trip to DC with our three teenagers. It was the perfect location and size for our family. We drove to Washington, D.C., and we parked our car in the private garage space. Our car stayed park during the entire trip. The house was close to Union Station and the U.S. Capitol, so you can easily walk to the Metro station to travel to all of the destinations. You can also catch the DC Circulator bus to the National Mall. Our family also walked to some of the restaurants in the neighborhood at night. The house was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay after site seeing in DC during the day. We would stay here again!

My family stayed in DC for 4 nights and enjoyed Ingrid's hospitality and comfortable home. The home was very clean and cozy. It is well located so we decided to walk to our destinations every day or hop on the metro which was very close. Ingrid was in touch with me all throughout the trip and helpful when I had questions. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit DC!

We stayed here for a week through Spring Break. The house is wonderful— very clean, well kept and perfect for our needs. There was a lovely check in binder with tons of helpful tips including restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Our host Ingrid emailed to check in and make sure all was okay. The whole process from beginning to end was terrific. Now: the location. Seriously, if you’re in DC to visit museums and monuments, this is the place to stay. It’s two blocks from Union Station and the metro will take you everywhere. It’s also just a few blocks from the Capitol and a few more to the National Mall. The neighborhood is really peaceful and lovely— you’d never know you were so close to the busy tourist areas. There are grocery stores in walking distance, a cute little market and coffee shop 4 doors down the block— and plenty of restaurants to walk to. (And this is all in Ingrid’s binder of recommendations.) We were able to park our car in a carport behind the house that has a closed garage door— incredibly easy and convenient. One note— the alleyway is pretty narrow so really large cars or trucks would have a tough time. Our Nissan Murano fit fine. Overall, we would absolutely love to stay here again when we come back to DC. If this place is free when you’re looking, book it now!!

The house is perfectly appointed and Ingrid had great suggestions for any questions we had. If you’re planning a trip to DC look no further!

We stayed here with our 2 young boys for a week. The house was very clean and comfortable. We cooked dinner each night and had everything we needed. Grocery store was super close. There was Starbucks coffee available at the house for brewing and snacks left for the kids! The boys loved playing Candyland and Trivial pursuit that were in the living room. Ingrid was available for questions and gave us detailed instructions and tips which were very helpful. Easy 10 min walk to the metro or the circulator bus to get around town. We truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back!

This is hands down the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. The location is absolutely unbeatable- so close to all kinds of public transportation anywhere you want to go but also a beautiful walk to the bulk of the tourist stuff you want to do in DC. The neighborhood is jam packed with all kinds of cafes, restaurants, bars, and markets that made everyone in our group so happy (we ranged in age from 22-72 so that’s no small feat. The house itself is unbelievably roomy, clean, and well-appointed. All of this and the best part was interacting with the owner, Ingrid! She sent lots of great info ahead of time, answered every question we had within minutes, and was unbelievably flexible with our scheduling for the stay. She has a great list of recommendations in the neighborhood that we followed and was so friendly when we met in person. I truly might text her to hang out when we visit again, she’s that cool.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this beautiful, clean home. The location and neighborhood are amazing. The home has everything you could need and is comfortable and spacious. We loved the decor and the backyard seating area. Union Station was a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood has a historical feel and includes many excellent dining options. Having never stayed in DC we were so pleased to find this lovely home in the Capitol Hill area. We had no idea just how perfect it would be. The location is amazing - a quick 5 minute walk to the Union Station train and metro depot and just a couple blocks away from markets and restaurants. The property also included a protected parking port on the back of the house which was so convenient when we had our rental car. Ingrid, the property owner and host, greeted us upon arrival giving us the ins and out of the house as well as the DC area making us feel welcome. Throughout the entire rental process Ingrid was quick to communicate and gave us all the help and details we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of four, though it could easily accommodate 6. I would definitely recommend this property to families and small groups traveling through the DC area.

Our family of 5 ranging in ages from 8 - 71 stayed for a week long visit. House was exactly as described — very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for seeing the DC sites — walking distance to Union Station and a number of convenience stores, cafes and restaurants. We visited Union Kitchen daily for coffee, drinks and snacks. Thanks, Ingrid, for a lovely stay! Would definitely book again.

This was the perfect location for our family Thanksgiving home-away from home. From the games to the well-supplied kitchen to throws to cuddle under on the sofa, everything we needed was there and more. We spent more time in the home than we'd planned because it was so comfortable--streaming movies while cuddling , playing Scrabble, whipping up snacks and coffee. The host was extremely helpful and we'll be back!

This row house is in a perfect location a couple of blocks from union station. The house is roomy, well furnished, sparkling clean with all of the amenities you need to prepare meals, etc. The air conditioning worked great and we were very comfortable despite the DC heat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Ingrid was a great host and was very responsive.
