2 week business relocation stay

The property was exactly as described and was perfect for two people in the middle of a relocation. The place was more spacious than expected and provided the essentials with a 10 minute walk to metro, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY

This was the worst VRBO experience we have ever had. The actual unit was updated and clean. The host was horrible. This is NOT a comfortable place for three people as advertised. It has one queen bed and a fold out futon that is faux leather and extremely firm. The host did not provide adequate bedding. There was one flat sheet and a blanket and nothing else for the futon. Upon arrival, we requested adequate bedding. We never received it. There were also not enough bath towels. On our final evening, a bag with new unwashed bath towels was left hanging on the doorknob. The host says they have 24 hour service. They answer the phone but do not service their tenants. Do your research on this host company. We will stay away from their properties in the future. They didn’t even provide adequate toilet paper. Maybe one person for one night would be ok, but definitely not a family. The first night we almost froze because the thermostat was hidden behind a huge plant. If their phone service or info blurb had just said where to find the thermostat it would have helped. They don’t provide washcloths or dishcloths or dish towels. They only provide basic soap, shampoo, coffee and dish soap. They don’t even have ice or ice trays in the freezer. Don’t expect any comforts of home. The amenities say they have a washer and dryer. The do not. The apartment building does and it is a signup system that was booked our entire stay.

We enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and the people at the front desk was outstanding. The owner was fast to answer any question we had. Will stay her again.
