Location was perfect and unit very clean. We were about 20 minutes from The Pentagon, The National Mall and monuments, The Spy Museum, etc.Ted was extremely responsive to two very minor requests. Highly recommend this unit!!

The duplex was in a very central location. Curb appeal is in need of maintenance. Place was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Would be a better stay if they had a washer and dryer for convenience for guests.

Inadequate supply of toilet paper, washcloths and towels. No paper towels furnished. Consider providing coffee creamer since sugar and coffee were provided. Encountered ants in upstairs bedrooms. It would be great if a washer and dryer were included in the townhome. Overall the accommodations were satisfactory

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and nice. Parking was not an Issue even though they cleaned the street on Wed and Thursday mornings. The neighborhood was nice. The residence was close to the Potomac Yard metro.

The neighborhood was not as safe as it could have been. Wholly towels and stained sheets were not anticipated. My emails were never answered.It was clean. Was a good walk from the metro. And if the towels and sheets were improved on we would come back.Our concerns were taken care of

Property was very clean and check in process was a breeze. Flight arrived 4hrs early, property manager was kind enough to let us check in early. The location was great, a lot of nearby restaurants and bars but neighborhood felt really safe and quiet quiet

We had such a great time at this vrbo. It was well situated near major attractions, shopping, restaurants and the neighbourhood was quiet and welcoming. We didn't have a difficult time with parking and always managed to find a spot close to home. The house is adorable with a lovely kitchen and great linens and beds. We really appreciated how clean the house was!! Thank you for making our DC stay a very positive one.

Overall a very good stay with some minor feedback provided to the owner/property management company that I'm sure they will rectify. Very close to the airport and walkable to Del Ray and multiple playgrounds.

The place overall was clean, nicely decorated. The parking was not an issue for the days that we stayed (Fri - Tues). One major issue is that the queen bed in the room facing the front of the property definitely needs to be replaced. The bed squeaked loudly at the slightest movement. One minor issue is that there were inadequate amount of pillow cases for the spare pillows. Overall, with my wife and two daughters, the two bathrooms were a life savior !! This place is a good value over staying in a hotel.

Clean, well appointed property. Three bedrooms made it comfortable for us (my wife and I with two teenagers). Two full baths allowed us to get out of the house and start seeing the sights in D.C. at a reasonable time in the morning. Had a full kitchen and was two blocks from a grocery store; we didn't have to eat at restaurants for each meal. The hosting company's communications were clear throughout our booking. I'm a runner, and the property is two blocks from a running trail system that goes into D.C. (north 4 miles) and all the way to Mount Vernon (south 13 miles). That was a nice bonus.
