Séjour mitigé
Séjour familial. Hôtel choisi pour sa proximité avec quelques points d´intérêt accessibles en véhicule (cimetière d´Arlington, pentagone, aéroport de Washington Dulles). L´hôtel est globalement convenable et possède une belle piscine. Il est peu fréquenté ce qui a ses avantages et se trouve à proximité de facultés. Donc en période estivale le quartier est calme. Niveau restauration, c´est assez limité et en ligne avec les restaurants de Washington, assez chers pour la qualité. Le restaurant de l´hôtel est lui à éviter, la carte est quasi inexistante. L´hôtel mérite un coup de rénovation sur ces équipements pour être en phase avec d´autres hôtel de la chaine IGH. Prévoir imperartivement le parking de l´hôtel car quasi impossible de se garer dans le quartier (18$ pour 24h)

Petit déjeuner très réduit. Hôtel vieillissant mais qui est très proche du métro avec une piscine au second étage plutôt sympa. Le quartier réserve de bonne surprise pour déjeuner ou dîner dans le tumulte de WDC. Arrêt de 3 nuits plutôt satisfaisant.

Bon pied à terre pour une nuit à Washington après une croisière à partir de Baltimore. Facile d'accès. Stationnement privé extérieur. Très propre. Frigo. Microonde disponible sur demande sans frais (service très rapide). Le wifi fonctionne très bien.

Wrong room booked, making for a terrible nights sleep for my family. I specifically booked a suite to get extra room to allow two small children to have a separate sleeping space. The wrong type of room was booked. Not sure if this is an Expedia problem or the hotel but it was wrong. Hotel staff confirmed over the phone that their pool was open, only to find out when we arrived that it was not. The pool was another reason we booked this hotel. Staff on the phone also told us parking was included. Expedia hotel features indicated price of breakfast was $12.95 per guest. Not so. Breakfast menu items were individually more expensive than that. Broken furniture in the room. Hotel room door had to be muscled to get in. Air conditioning unit very loud. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is not clean and the walls are paper thin. It's a great location in a safe, walkable area.

Great area and price. Hotel is showing wear and tear for its age, but most likely reflected in the price. Besides, it’s a great area to get out and the metro is a short walk away.

Key security system not operationall over entire holiday weekend. Very minimal staff working at hotel. This was particularly problematic when fire alarm was set off shortly after 6.00 am on Sat morning. One guy on duty untrained & overwhelmed by situation. Policy re room cleaning not communicated at check in. Last time I’m staying at a Holiday Inn. Score 1 out of 10.

The property was not clean , our room was not clean either. Broken bathtub, broken sink. This is the last time I will stay in this property.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and probably would again, however my last trip had several problems. First the bathroom sink had a leak flooded the bathroom. Also the hotel parking gate was not functioning properly and double charged meme.

Don’t stay here if you have other options
The condition is really poor, the door slam like crazy, the vending machines don’t work, lights are flickering. The front desk people is pretty unfriendly too, overall bad experience.

Faulty elevators that didn’t work. Had a panic attack every time. Also their cards don’t work to open the door, a worker had to come up with me!

I cant believe that this is a 3 star hotel. The room smelled bad, and the staff refused to move us. The TV was totally broken with red lines through the screen. The bath was unusable, with no drain plug. The bed covers were way too thin and we had to get extra blankets.

It was not clear that you had to be 21 to be let in and they would not refund neither one of two reservations. We had no place to stay as a result. There should be a box that needs to be checked that you are of age so that buyer knows ahead of time.

The room had a broken thermostat. The staff moved us to a different room the thermostat was functioning to adjust the temperature but the fan switch was broken and could not switch it from high low mode. This room did not have a microwave but had the machine using capsules but no tea capsules were available/provided.

Good price. No extras.
Super easy to check in and park. Extremely helpful desk staff. Lots of take out and delivery options nearby. We got Chinese food in less than half an hour. Nice and quiet. Later check out time (noon). Roomy room. Downers: mattress too soft, no extra blankets or pillows. You have to pay extra for breakfast. The place is very clean but also cheap looking and worn.
