Our room smelled very musky and the air conditioner was making noise all night. But bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very helpful

The front desk staff were exceptional and our housekeeper that took care of our room kept our room stocked us with extra towels and pillows. Our shuttle drivers to the airport were always very nice and courteous. The Starbucks and Bistro staff were always very friendly. Thank you so much!!

Me gustó estar aquí, es muy limpio y bonito, solo hago la sugerencia que remodelen el lobby, se ve muy antigua toda esa área. Me gustaría que los hoteles Marriott pudieran dar la opción de habitación con colchón más firme, es difícil dormir en un colchón demasiado suave que te hundes en él.

Waited in cold weather for the shuttle and when it arrived it only had space for 3 additional passengers. Ended up taking an Uber. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:00 AM.

Was not able to check in and would not give a refund… staff were not helpful… I paid for a room and wasn’t able to check in. They took my money fast thou.

Please ensure that you carry identification for any future hotel reservations in order to ensure a smooth arrival process.

My main issue was with parking. They only have 2 levels of parking. So if you have a larger SUV or truck, it's hard to fit in the spots. One night, I couldn't find a spot at all and have a disabled child. Not to mention they charge $43 or $45 a night to park. Went to the desk and was told I don't know what to tell you, here's a list of parking down the street. I had to park 7 minutes away and walk back in the dark with my child. They were not very accommodating at all and tried to still charge me for the day I couldn't park.

I can certainly imagine how frustrating this experience was. Unfortunately, the parking at DCA was full, and we had a flood of cars come park in our garage! We have put steps in place to keep this from happening in the future, in order to ensure that we have sufficient spaces for our guests. I hope that we have the opportunity to better serve you again in the future.

Rooms are nicely furnished, very clean and comfortable. Nice lobby hospitality - loved the refreshing cucumber water! Some disrepair caused small inconveniences. Had to go searching other floors for a working ice machine (hint: it's on the top premium floor). A window shade was stuck halfway closed. No connectivity for TV in the morning. Gigantic dangerous pothole as you exit the driveway. But overall we were quite pleased.

The staff made us feel welcomed the moment we arrived. They were extremely hardworking and very efficient in all aspects of our stay. They deserve a bonus! Additionally the room was immaculate! We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Lastly, I totally recommend purchasing your parking pass when booking the room. 5/5 stars!

I had an unexpected overnight stay because I was bumped from a flight out of Regan national Airport. I had a lot of luggage having been away for six weeks. I was able to get a room at a reasonable rate. The hotel staff was terrific and helping me with my luggage and refused to accept a tip, the room was lovely had a refrigerator which I like because I like to have cold soda and milk in the morning with my coffee and best of all the coffee in the room was actually a dark roast. That’s very rare and I love strong coffee. I highly recommend that if you are going to be in the DC area or need a room near the airport this is the place to stay .
