    Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
    Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
    Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
    No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
    Parking: Parking for one car in the garage and a reserved parking stall. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are nor allowed.
    Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
    Hot Tub: One community hot tub
    Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.

    The Waikoloa Colony Villas are a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located close the Waikoloa Beach Golf Pro-Shop and Driving Range. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Colony Villas.

    All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Amazing property to stay in the Kona side of the island. Perfect if you have kids as they will truly enjoy the access to the resort. Place was spacious and complete with everything you'll need for a family vacation. I will definitely be back when I visit big island again. 5+ stars

Great Stay

Place was great overall. The kitchen, living and dining area was spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable and was perfect for our group of 8. The passes to the Hilton was a huge bonus as well aa all the beach gear for kids and adults alike. Common area renovations were great, but the bathrooms could use an update. Overall, great experience & location with shops, resorts and beaches close by.

Pleasant stay in Waikoloa

My family and I stayed for just a few nights in July and found the unit to be just like the photos. It was clean and well-stocked. The resort pass was a nice touch although we didn't have to time to use it.

Beautiful accommodating rental.

This vacation rental was beyond expectations and very well kept. They were precise with directions, and if any assistance is needed they will respond in a timely manner. Everything you can think you might need for a vacation, this property has it. Very well thought out. !

We had a great stay

We had a great stay. The home was well stocked kitchen, wise, and beach toy wise. There was some deferred maintenance that impacted our stay. Master Bathroom door that will not shut. Not the cleanest shower in the master bathroom. However, overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect for a small family

11 days in Waikoloa. This was the perfect space for my 5yo and 2yo to share a bed, my husband and I to take the master with ensuite and lanai, and my MIL and her friend to take the double bed room and have their own bathroom. It's a short walk to the pool with the kids wading area and 2x as long to the pool with the jacuzzi and club house. Great location for quick drive access to resort activity without being in the hotels and into town with short drives. Property management was prompt with responses and action. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

A great house and an even greater location

The property was great for our group of 6 people - 3 generations. Tastefully decorated, with a fully-equipped kitchen. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The internet was stable and fast. The property is located walking distance from Hilton - if you don't mind a 15-20 minute walk. The pool on the property grounds is nice. There are propane-powered grills very close to the house. It's within 15 minute drive of beautiful sandy beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the house and the complex.

Lovely place for large family

We’ve been to the Kohala Coast many times and stayed at various hotels and condos in the resort areas. This was a lovely, clean condo that fit all 5 kids and my husband and I. All the bedrooms are upstairs so we were close to the kids and then they could go downstairs when they woke up early. Lots of helpful child items like plates, bowls, cups, step stools in bathrooms and lots of pool and beach items (including a folding wagon stroller). The appliances were all new. The beds we’re comfortable. The management company was easy to work with and provided everything necessary to checkin a week out and the day of arrival. Overall I would stay here again!

We liked staying here. The place was really nice but when we called the management to ask about the internet issues and TV’s not working in the bedrooms we never heard back. There were a few minor upkeep issues but everything was mostly in order and the kitchen was well stocked. The only major critique I wish wouldn’t have been is that there were two large windows including a sliding door that had no blinds or curtains. So you’re looking right into someone else’s house and they can see you in the kitchen or watching TV in the living room (only working TV as there was no cable or working internet upstairs).

Local staycation-sweet 16th birthday getaway

Who stayed? 2 adults, 2 teens (16), 1 toddler (3) twins (10 months old) Booked a short getaway for our daughter turning 16. The listing was exactly as shown. Pros: Spacious (we had a 4x4 play pen) set up in the livingroon in front of the tv, and still had so much space for everyone! Also 2 bouncers, 2 car seats (stored in the corner) and it was definitely spacious! Upstairs master we had 2 standard pack and play cribs. One under the tv and the other set up in master closet (only took up half of the closet space!) Our 3 year old also slept on the twin/full pad between the bed and closet door and we had no issues getting around! Juny Well appointed

Convenient yet Disappointing Stay

This is the place for your family if you are only going to sleep at the unit… and even that was a stretch because in the 3 bedrooms, only 1 had room darkening shades and even then they weren’t great. The first floor has been redone and reflects the pictures well. The upstairs feels like a completely different residence... Not renovated or updated at all, in need of a deep clean (stained showers/tubs, rust/mildew/dirt around shower/caulk, etc), mismatched towels, mismatched bedding (some of it not pure white, so unclear how well it has been washed or ever bleached), king sheets for a California king bed, a weird film on the floor (yet there was a sign to remove shoes in the house), uncomfortable/cheap pillows and mattresses, headboards not attached to frames, mattresses on wheels, furniture crammed into bedrooms, drawers in dressers that weren’t steady (basically useless),TVs not working upstairs, sewage smells in bathroom…Usually, for a stay, these are things that we would discuss with management during our stay, but we spent 90% of our time at the Hilton Waikoloa with my husband’s company who was vacationing there. We didn’t have time or energy to take on facilitating changes. Ultimately, the best part was the Hilton pool and parking passes which was very helpful given the nature of our trip. We slept okay and were safe, so it was fine, but owners/management could do a much better job with the 2nd floor - specifically cleaning and furnishing.
