Attention to detail and spotless
We spent 3 nights at Raul’s guesthouse which felt more like a very spacious condo! It is safe with a gated driveway and a backyard that never ends! The fruit trees, the flowers and the landscape are absolutely stunning. Now for interior, there are only positives critiques to be said here. Everything is high end, they provide you with so many things that it is easy to cook your own meals! They have lots of pots and pans, dishes etc… but no condiments. Every inch of this place is taken care of. The attention to detail is amazing! Do not hesitate to book this place as you get a lot for your money. If ever we come back to Big Isalnd this place is our number 1 choice!

Great Stay in Residential Hilo
Hosts were very communicative before, during, and after our stay. The home was very clean and cozy, with wonderful organization and suggestions for activities and restaurants nearby. We are very happy with our choice to stay here!

The property was amazing! The place was immaculate and looked brand new. The host provided everything we would need along with details about local restaurants and tourist sites. It was perfect for us. You’ll need a car as it’s not walkable to the things you’ll want to see and do but getting around is easy.

This was the nicest place we ever rented. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen was so well stocked. The linens were so comfortable; the towels are plush! We had lots of room to spread out, unlike a hotel. They even have an orange and avocado tree in the back yard. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were amazing to work with. I hate to leave.

Wonderful Stay in Hilo
Raul’s property was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and amazingly well equipped. He has thought of EVERYTHING a traveler could possibly need. The reference materials were very helpful, and the location was perfect for visiting waterfalls and exploring Hilo. I can’t recommend this property enough. I would definitely stay here again if available on a future visit to Hilo.
