« I can’t overstate how well the Hali’i Kai was appointed. Every appliance you could want including a rice cooker! The pantry was stocked with lots of seasonings. I highly recommend you check in before going shopping as most of what you need is already provided. Weber grill on the private deck made cooking there a joy. In addition there was a large closet full of beach equipment including half a dozen Maui Jim beach chairs. Beach umbrellas and snorkel gear rounded out all we needed for beach...

« We stayed for 4 nights in Waikoloa Village on the "Sunset house". It was very confortable with everything needed to enjoy our stay: cookware, many beach chairs, boogie boards and even a beach umbrella. The beds were confortable and the house was clean. Note that there are feral cats that live in the backyard and they would sit or sleep on the patio fourniture when we were away. »

« Waikaloa Colony Villa Condos are conveniently located in the Waikaloa Resort area. They are well maintained and very quiet! Pool area is beautiful! Condo is well appointed with spices, beach towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and pool noodles. Beds are comfortable and ceilings fans keep condo cool enough, we didn’t need to use the air conditioning very often at all. We would love to stay here again!! »

« Property was as advertised and enjoyed the stay. We did have one hiccup as the hose broke on the dishwasher and we were without water in the kitchen for two days with no dishes since they were all in the dishwasher. Our property manager, Jane, took care of it and brought us plasticware and got the problem fixed for us. We would stay there again. »

« This was our first trip to Hawaii and this location was nothing but perfect for my family. Not only is it a beautiful property/condo, it is across a shopping center that has what you need including dining options. Everything was perfectly clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable! The Hilton Pool pass, beach chairs and ice chest were a huge plus for us. Michelle is a great host and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying again. »

« Spent the winter holiday here with my multi generational family. The open floor plan and large kitchen makes it a great space for large groups of people to gather and co-exist. The kids loved the pool. The security system on patio doors helped us feel comfortable with the safety of 2 young kids. It’s set back from the coast in a residential area on a golf coarse. very quiet and peaceful with a local grocery store nearby. Upstairs patio has a nice outdoor dining area with sweeping views...

You will love setting on the lanai in the mornings looking out over the well groomed open area! We fully enjoyed our stay! »

« We had two families staying here with 4 kids under the age of 7. This place had a great location. The market across the street was walkable and had alol the things you would need.Many great beaches within 15 minute drive. The Hilton Day pass was also great with the Lagoon and pool with water slides. »

« We had a wonderful week away in Waikoloa at this property. It's very well positioned overlooking the golf course, with plenty of space for three adult couples to have their own personal spaces and plenty of communal space. If only the pool had been open! »
