La tete sous les etoiles
Un bémol sur la porte de douche à réparer et la porte d entrée dure à fermer...mais sinon ultra ravis de l'ambiance....le personnel au petit soin tout le temps...bonne nourriture...soirée organisé sous les étoiles....lieu hors du temps et de l espace...a faire....propre....excellente idée la nuit sous les étoiles.. et la vue tout simplement magnifique

Splendide
Accueil agréable, boisson d accueil, bagagiste, bulle géniale, visuel sur lotte Pétra, et la vallée, jacuzzi à température, bon bulle très chaude à l’intérieur même avec la climatisation à fond, juste la journée... la nuit température top, nourriture correct, petit déjeuner correct. Mais à faire vraiment endroit splendide, attention pas d’alcool sur site.

Nous avons aimé l’originalité du concept et du lieu et la vue unique depuis la bulle. Le personnel était très attentionné. Le bruit génèré par la soufflerie qui maintient la bulle est assez présent et peut gêner le sentiment de quiétude du lieu. Un petit bémol pour la cabine de douche qui avait une fuite et l’eau n’etait pas chaude...

Expérience étrange, l hôtel étant quasi vide. Du coup le personnel était réduit au minimum. La même et unique personne s occupait de tous les repas et faisait le service. Menu unique sans aucun choix alternatif avec poulet et riz les 2 soirs. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment limite. Vu l occupation limitée, ils ont supprimé le buffet. Que dire des bulles ? Mes photos parlent d elles mêmes ... l état intérieur de la salle de bain qui fuit de partout n est pas acceptable lorsqu' on paye plus de 250€ la nuit. Lors de nôtre séjour il y avait beaucoup de vent, et les bâches protectrices des bulles qui n avaient pas été soigneusement rangées et sécurisées n ont cessé d'être ballottées au vent occasionnant bcp de bruit. Difficile de dormir.Enfin pour ma part le choix des bulles se justifiait pour profiter des étoiles , et bien c est raté car ils n éteignent les lumières environnantes que très tard, et que toute la nuit des lumières s allument par intermittence. Bref décevant. Un rare aspect positif, le chauffage marche plutôt bien, car il fait froid, et la literie est de bonne qualité. Je ne conseille pas de séjourner là bas vu le manque d entretien flagrant.

THe property is ver run down. It is too pricey for the quality of maintenance they have on the rooms. The wood and floors is damageded everywhere.

The hotel is in an amazing location looking the valley and just a 17min drive from Petra’s main entrance. The staff as amazing, very friendly and helpful. Our bubble’s amenities were amazing, the jacuzzi after a long day hiking was amazing. Both the breakfast and dinner included were amazing, and they even gave us lunchboxes for our drive on our last day!

Overpriced hotel and overrated experience
Absolutely awful value-for-money. The rooms are old and badly maintained, with water damaged flooring, wobbly bathroom fixtures and zero working jacuzzi controls. The jacuzzi, though ready when we arrived, had to be 'activated' again on request the next morning. The breakfast was ok but lacked variety and all hot drinks were from a distributor! The view from the room is beautiful (though a bit obstructed depending on the room you get). I suppose one's experience at the property would have been superb when the hotel was new, but it is now badly in need of renovation. On a side note, the bubble experience (not just at this hotel) has a catch: the constant noise of the air pumps which maintain the bubble's structure. It was excrutiating for me and hardly had any rest.

Good and not so good.
Like other reviews, I have to say that the hotel has amazing views and is a great experience sleeping under the stars. The food was very good and the service excellent. My husband was ill and they took him tea, soup etc. called him to see if he needed anything. The staff was wonderful Unfortunately the accommodations could be improved , even with some small fixes. We did have hand or face towels, nor a bath mat for the shower. The robes appeared old and did not have belts making them difficult to wear. Generally the room construction and finishing was shoddy and could be improved. Minor fixes would change a good experience to a wonderful one.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, really. First of all, its located in the middle of a desert, so you automatically expect amenities to be lower. I was wrong everytime! From service to food to the rooms itself 10/10. Absolutely stunning place. I usually don't write reviews but the managers deserve this. Well done.

It is a nice experience and staff is very nice and helpful. However for the price paid I would have expected jacuzzi water to be actually hot and have hot water in the shower. Could also improve food taste we had a burger for lunch and it was too dry.

We enjoyed the Bubble room/suite experience, with all regular room amenities, and we liked the private jacuzzi. We felt welcomed in this beautiful site and we were cared for nicely by the manager and the staff (I was sick and they brought tea with honey and ginger free of charge, a nice attention)

The hotel is very unique and picturesque. Hotel check in staff were very welcoming and informative. Dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent with a lot of variety and options. Location was awesome. Downsides: We were expecting to be able to use the private hot tub in the morning prior to check out, however the water had been drained out (nobody told us this would happen). At the evening shisha/hookah party we were greeted by the staff putting the headwrap/"Keffiyehs" on our heads and then upon exiting the event they forced us to pay around $7JOD/$10 USD each for them and would not let us return them. We thought they were putting them on our heads as a gesture and did not realize they would force us to buy them at the end (we had already bought some of these at another tourist site the day before so this was not money well spent). Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel to others visiting the area.

We loved our stay here! The bubble domes had excellent views of the surrounding area and they were so comfortable. We loved watching the stars from the dome and using the private hot tubs. The hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. I wish we stayed here longer than 1 night!!

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights. Very interesting concept of hotel.However, must be quite expensive in maintenance, e.g. the plastic tends to break and there are many patches (I counted 20 in my bubble), and those patches obstruct the view of the stars at night. I was surprised that the plumbing was working perfectly. The staff was very attentive, polite, accommodating, especially Indian fellow Guri. Unfortunately, there was leak coming from AC on my head and the bed pillows. It happened twice until Senegal fellow fixed it. 2nd unfortunate: they don't serve alcohol, I guess for a drunk guest coming back to the bubble might be too complicated: close the 1st door before opening the 2nd one.

Der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist sehr schön und auch das Erlebnis in einer Bubble zu übernachten. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Leider waren die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt und auch die Anlage nicht sehr gepflegt. Der Speisesaal war sehr nüchtern eingerichtet und man wollte sich dort nicht lange aufhalten. Alles wirkte sehr lieblos und nur auf Kommerz ausgerichtet.

The best people and stay! From Mr Khalid to Sara to Zerar to Sha'aban and Guri, everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The bubble felt cold in some places but it was a particularly cold night so there is nothing that could have been done about that. Our overall stay was fantastic, food was very good too and the khaimah with tea and shish was perfect! The kids loveddd having the jacuzzi experience ; it was super hot and just what we needed to warm up on a cold frosty night.. Anwar did our jeep tour in Wadi rum and he was recommended and booked by Sara; what an amazing man he is; so hospitable and kind! Took us on an incredible tour of the desert and also gave us complimentary lunch.. Overall a 10/10 stay! highly recommend it with younger kids as well as teens as we have both.. Thank you Petra Bubble Luxotel for making our stay so memorable :)

Da dove cominciare? Forse dall'accoglienza. Ci presentiamo in hotel chiedendo di una guida esperta che ci potesse accompagnare a Petra. Inspiegabilmente finiamo a fare un trekking di un'ora e mezzo scarsa senza neanche addentrarci nel sito archeologico e senza ricevere alcun tipo di spiegazione storica su nessuna delle opere che compongono il sito archeologico. L'unico servizio è stato lo shooting fotografico non richiesto e a dir poco imbarazzante. Il tutto per €80. In più una volta fatto presento in hotel il nostro disappunto non ci è stato chiesto nulla a riguardo. Da dimenticare l'evento di capodanno perchè inesistente. Colazione e cena a dir poco insufficienti e di scarsa qualitá. La camera disponde di due climatizzatori per l'aria calda ma basta spostarsi al di fuori del loro raggio di azione per congelarsi. Questo perchè all'interno della bolla ci sono delle apertura per il ricircolo che spingono all'interno un'aria a dir poco gelida. Non esiste privacy perchè non ci sono tende. Unica nota positiva è il cielo stellato sopra la bolla da ammirare tutta la notte.

Uma experiência diferente.
A experiência no geral vale a pena, a vista da jacuzzi, o ceu estrelado e a bolha em si, foram muito legais. Agora existem alguns pontos que vale a pena saber antes de ir: eles não vendem bebidas alcoólicas e as refeições se limitam ao lugar, valendo assim optar por cafe e meia pensão. Outro ponto é o banheiro, a vedação não existe, vazando assim qualquer som ou cheiro, um ponto que achei bem baixo na estadia, principalmente se você esta numa viagem mais romântica. No geral uma noite para curtir esta bom e vale a pena.

Really unique experience. Highly recommend— loved the private jacuzzi with a gorgeous sunset view. Food was delicious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Very close to Little Petra and main Petra site, as well. Easy parking. We slept so well in our bubble and enjoyed all the comforts of our bubble.
