Tres bon hôtel, un seul bémol
Seul bémol, la musique du bar du toit terrasse trop forte après minuit et jusque très très tard (prévoir bouchons d’oreilles)... Dommage car sinon tout était parfait (confort, propreté, personnel et petit déjeuner) .

Très bon hôtel avec vue sur mer et spa agréable
Bon hôtel de bonne catégorie, simple, mais avec une belle vue sur la mer et un spa très agréable. Nous avons également pu faire un upgrade de la deuxième nuit, donc le personnel a été très coopératif et aimable.

Dans l'ensemble très bon séjour, personnel accueillant, bar terrasse très sympa. Seul point négatif l'état de la salle de fitness (machines vieilles et pas tjs opérationnelles).

Personnel tres sympatique et efficace. Nous avions eu une chambre avec la vue sur la mer, magnifique et agreable au reveil. Le lit confortable, cepandant les cousins durs et desagreables. Le petit dejeuner copieux et delicieux, par contre il manque de fruits. La piscine grande et tres utile lors de jours ensoleilles. En tout cas, un sejour agreable de 5 jours et si nous retournons a Volos, nous sejournerons dans le meme hotel.

hotel bien situé au bord de l'eau
cet hotel est bien situé car proche du centre ville et bénéficie d'une petite plage. on peut accéder à une piscine qui est aussi la piscine municipale : beaucoup d'enfants bruyants. Les chambres sont propres. Le snack est pratique.

La qualité du service
Nous avions choisi cet hôtel avant de reprendre l'avion pour son accès au sapa et piscine mais pas de chance, fermé le lundi et nullement précisé dans le descriptif de l'hôtel. Baignoire à jets pas très clean dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner digne d'un 5 étoiles! Un délice!

The hotel and all amenities are outstanding. They had our room key waiting for us when we arrived. Check in took about 30 seconds! Cocktails were first rate!! Staff is very professional and friendly. We’ll stay here again.

This hotel is SOO OLD, dirty,bathroom is disgusting, took a showet with flip flops on,towels were yellow not white. Paid $ 400 for maybe 2 star hotel. Dont get fooled by the picture and dont stay there

Nice hotel located by the sea, and very close to city center. Quiet, even city-view rooms. Good parking area. Excellent breakfast and modern spa facilities. Attractive yacht club bar. However, hotel needs general upgrading, especially furniture & lighting renovations in public areas.

This is rated as a 5 star hotel. It is not. The hallway carpets are Stained and dirty. The waitresses in the 3rd floor bar could care less if you died of thirst. (They tried to give us a watered down ouzo. They reluctantly took it back when we complained) This is an old motel that was “renovated”. not quite right…

The property was very nice and the rooms were very comfortable. The area around the facility was a port and therefore not fabulous to walk around but I have seen worse.

Chose the hotel because of its great location. The hotel itself is very nice. Our room with a sea view was very nice. Unfortunately the bed is one large bed made from two singles pushed together and both mattresses were worn, sagging and we did not sleep well. The sheets appear to be of synthetic material versus a nice cotton. The hotel would receive a perfect review if the bed and bedding were better. A good sleep is the most important function of a hotel stay.

Never again
There is no way this is a 5 star hotel. Hardly a two star. The pool is next to the parking lot where anyone who can afford 6 Euros can use it. When we were there is was so crowded with all kinds of people. The room was so outdated, the entire hotel seemed to have stayed in the 80s and are very wear out. The corredor carpets to the room were disgustingly dirty. Service was low. The “Yacht Club” restaurant only offered a very limited menu. Service at the bar was ok. Would never go back there, there must be better choices at lower proces. Our visit really felt like a rip of with descriptions that don’t match and retouched pictures of the hotel.

Not so pleasant stay
This was supposed to be a 5 star hotel. I've stayed here years ago and remember how pleasant the hotel used to be. Presentable and comfortable. This trip was not even enjoyable. The hotel room was at most a 3 star, old and damaged furniture. The room was not clean for a Greek hotel standard. Breakfast was limited due to covid but understandable. The hallway leading to the room was in terrible shape with ripped up carpet and broken tiles. Disappointed that I paid almost $200 for barely a holiday inn standard hotel. Oh, and the gym is closed on the weekend.

We stayed for one night only on our way to Skiathos. The hotel is clean with nice beachfront location and and walking distance to the city centre. We recommend the yacht club on the second floor of the hotel, very nice place for drink/snack with great sea views…
