« This is an older property that offers many amenities, but it needs to be maintained better. The room was spacious, but needed to be cleaned & vacuumed properly. The floors in the common areas needed vacuuming and mopping. There was an unusual odor in the hallway & in the room. I went to the local market & bought cleaning supplies & freshened the room with an essential oil diffuser. The best part was how quiet the property was. »

« Since I graduated from W&M, I've always wanted to stay at this place. No doubt it has a great location. But my disappointment started as soon as I arrived. No one outside to tell me where to park or help with bags. Walked in to a long line of people trying to check in with only 1 person working. The room itself was in need of a renovation. The restaurant and bar close early. Not what I expected. I won't be back. »

« I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything smelled fresh. The staff was extremely friendly, especially the front desk team who made check-in fast and easy. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast was also really good with plenty of options. I felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! »
