« This was our first time staying in a place that provided most of what we needed. You can tell that Emily thought about everything that a family would need when being on vacation. We had plenty of towels/washcloths, there was liquid soap & shampoo in the shower. The kitchen had everything in it ☺️ food was the only thing we had to purchase. The laundry room was well stocked. « We loved our stay at Fred’s property. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate enough for us to enjoy the water, but the views and cozy cottage provided a relaxing time away nonetheless. Location was great — off the beaten path but still a quick drive to town. »

« The cottage and location were amazing. We went for a couple of walks around the property and were a little disappointed that the lawn had not been mowed. Also the Keurig coffee maker needs to be replaced. The size of the cottage was perfect and it was very cozy. We had a problem locking the front door and it took us a while to figure it out. Hopefully the owner updates the instructions so no one else has to deal with that issue. »

« We had a wonderful long weekend and enjoyed everything this house had to offer. There were so many thoughtful details (fire pit, bikes, coffee, dog treats and on and on). We loved fishing off the dock and the fully fenced in yard was a huge hit for our fur baby. We can't say enough good things and would love to come back! »

« This "little" cottage had enough space for comfort and was in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was clean, well stocked and inviting. This was the perfect place for a ladies getaway retreat. We could walk just about anywhere we needed to be. 3-4 blocks from the beach and a few more from a small variety of restaurants. Can't wait to visit again! »

« The ceiling was low, bathroom sink was clogged. Bathroom floor needs work. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved being at the beach. They have a different Property i stayed at on an earlier date that was great. Although we didnt care for the mentioned things, the process was easy and the owners were good to deal with. »
