This was such a great location. Beach, grocery and restaurants close by!! We loved the doggy trail near by so we could walk our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe walking even at night around there. The place was cozy and comfortable and Joey took great care of all the details so you feel at home away from home. Definitely check this placeOut!! Worth the stay!

Honestly canā€™t beat the location but unfortunately owner and their guest were pretty loud from 11pm-12am. We texted twice about the noise as I had a race the next morning and was trying to get some rest. Finally called him, got quiet for a few minutes and then loud again. Also lots of road noise. Definitely suggest ear plugs if you plan to stay here. Bed was comfortable and nice TV. Space is a converted garage so only sink is the bathroom.

My partner and I stayed at Joeyā€™s place and it was AWESOME! very clean and comfortable! I loved the bathroom shower! The bed was very relaxing and the tv was very big! I will be booking with Joey again.

Great place to stay while attending events in the area! "Efficiency" was very clean, with a comfortable bed; linens, towels, paper products were good quality, appliances, heat/ac unit and internet functioned well, owner responds right away. Fotos are accurate, all details are visible there. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, just the usual occaisional jet noise some weekdays. Great Thai restaurant nearby!

My wife and I stayed here Monday to Thursday and it was just what we needed to get away for a few days. The room was just as advertised. Very clean and neat. The host was very responsive to my questions before we arrived. The room was about an easy 15 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The efficiency was clean and had all of the essentials ) Keurig, K cups, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, big screen TV, shower gel and a comfy king size bed. The owner was very accommodating and communicative. The best part was it was a nice/not too far walk to the boardwalk and beach. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for a weekend of dog sports and this was the perfect spot for me and my one dog. It was nearby the convention center where it was taking place. I hate paying tons of $$ when I am just needing a spot to sleep, shower and change and this was exactly it! It was clean, well stocked and the TV was a generous size/bonus. Thanks!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. The room was perfect! Just what we needed for the weekend! The location was perfect! 5 minutes away from literally everything!!! I highly suggest taking a rudees boat tour and then stopping at ruddees restaurant to eat! Best crab cakes ever!
